Perfect stay except for the failure to return/pay my deposit

The location is great, staff are also very friendly

Cons:

I was charged twice for the deposit.... 3weeks later both deposits have not returned... I'm waiting for 1000 dollars still

Pros:

L'hôtel est proche de plusieurs restaurants et de certaines activités. Il est rès bien entretenu. Ma chambre était propre et douillette. Je salue le service exceptionnel du réceptionniste Jamal qui est patient, souriant, serviable et du gardien de sécurité Luqman qui a pris le temps de me faire de bonnes recommandations pour mon séjour.

Cons:

Il est situé à quelques pas du chemin de fer et donc on entend le train passer, surtout pour les étages inférieurs. Aussi, le déjeuner manque de variétés, surtout au prix que j'ai payé pour l'inclure comme service avec la chambre.
