Pros:

L'hôtel est proche de plusieurs restaurants et de certaines activités. Il est rès bien entretenu. Ma chambre était propre et douillette. Je salue le service exceptionnel du réceptionniste Jamal qui est patient, souriant, serviable et du gardien de sécurité Luqman qui a pris le temps de me faire de bonnes recommandations pour mon séjour.

Cons:

Il est situé à quelques pas du chemin de fer et donc on entend le train passer, surtout pour les étages inférieurs. Aussi, le déjeuner manque de variétés, surtout au prix que j'ai payé pour l'inclure comme service avec la chambre.

Mother's Day was made whole by our stay.
Pros:

Chef terrel, servers and the front desk were exceptional at their job. The breakfast was amazing. Staff and security were extremely accommodating.

Worst hotel experience in Houston.
Pros:

The location is the only perk of this hotel.

Cons:

The staff is impolite. The rooms are worn out, very noisy rooms in the mornings slamming doors everywhere, the price vs values is crazy and I was traveling with a service animal and still they charged me a fee, the valet parking is not free it’s 70 dollars and you have to wait 1 hour to get back your car from impolite staff.
