Pros:

The honesty from house keeping. My 400 dollar cologne was stolen. I left it in the room and when I emailed about it they said they didn’t see it. Louis Vuitton cologne with my initials on the bottle

I loved the location and the access to nightlife. Bar downstairs and Starbucks good.

Nice and save place in city center for very good price.

Cons:

Bed and mattress's - we are in Europe used to wider and more comfortable mattress’s. For USA it was better than expected. 😉

Pros:

The hotel is in the center of downtown, and there is a light-rail stop directly in front of it. The staff were really friendly, and I got good hospitality from the breakfast personnel who also freshly sliced their ham for me. The room was very spacious and clean, and it felt luxurious! Thumbs up for the complementary bottled water.

Beware: Although our reservation stated that breakfast was included for 4 guests, the hotel charged us separately for breakfast. We explained that the booking was for four people and showed that breakfast was included, but we were still charged for all four guests.
This was very upsetting and disappointing. Guests should carefully review their bill and confirm breakfast details at check-in to avoid unexpected charges.

Very clean, comfortable, welcoming and nice ambiance
Pros:

In loved mostly everything about the stay definitely very clean and upscale environment.

Cons:

No access to microwave and also breakfast doesn’t have a variety of breakfast items, more so just pastries.
