Please note that during summer, the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. On these days, breakfast is offered at hotel Major Davel.

Lovely hotel outside of warm weather
Pros:

It’s a really nice old hotel in a great location in Cully. We drove and saw in advance it was difficult to park so parked at the train car park which was quite cheap and close by. The room was lovely, really good size, and clean. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were visiting during the heatwave and although the hotel had left a couple of fans (thank you!), being in the loft just meant it was impossible for the room to be an ok temperature. It was too hot to stay in during the day and really quite horrible to sleep in. If you touched the low ceiling or closed windows they were boiling too. I’m aware the hotel couldn’t do anything more while we were there, but with heatwaves and temps on the rise it probably should consider aircon units or something to more seriously cool the rooms. We were there for two nights and unfortunately I couldn’t wait to get out of it. If we’d been there another time of year (or outside the heatwave) it would have been great.

Beautiful hotel with lots of character in an amazing location
Pros:

The hotel itself, room decor and furnishings were fabulous. The location was excellent and the staff really friendly. We ate in the restaurant on one night and the food was amazing - highly recommend!

niestety, obiekt nie dysponuje śniadaniami na miejscu; śniadania są dostępne 40 m dalej w innym hotelu, proste śródziemnomorskie

Empfehlenswert, um die Gegend um Cully zu erkunden.
Pros:

Wir hatten sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und das Essen war sehr lecker. Service umwerfend! Das Frühstück im Nebengebäude war sehr gross und es hatte viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Bett war leider sehr hart. Ansonsten war alles tip top.

Individuelles, freundliches Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Genfer See entfernt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, individuell gestaltet mit einem schönen modernen Bad. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Sehr gute Bahnanbindung nach Lausanne erspart die teure Parkplatzsuche.

Hotel au charme surané, mais service à revoir en profondeur

Belle chambre confortable. Proximité du lac

Cons:

Absence de sens du service dans le personnel. De manière très visible, absence de motivation et de savoir-faire pour accueillir et mettre à l'aise le client.
J'appelle pour demander une planche à repasser. On me dit qu'on s'en occupe. 45 min. Puis rien ne se passe. Je rappelle et on me dit "à bah, non, on n'en a pas'. Le soir, à table, on me laisse poireauter, puis arrive la fin de service. Tant pis pour moi, je devrais jeuner. Quelle négligence.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.
Pros:

Wunderschöne Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Restaurant ist super schön, super Bedienung und mega leckeres Essen.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren etwas zu hart. Sonst war alles perfekt!
