Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the filtered water stations on every floor, which made it easy to refill our bottles throughout our stay.
The breakfast was fantastic, and the pancake machine was a huge hit with our daughter! A special thank you to Sushma for her kindness and the lovely, generously filled special plates she prepared. We would also like to thank Lucia, Stavan, and Praveen for their outstanding service.
The reception and breakfast teams were incredibly warm and welcoming. They took the time to chat with our daughter, made her feel very special, and even gifted her balloons, which absolutely made her day.
Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable stay!

The staff!!! Simoen, Maria and Lucia were amazing, they made my stay!!!

Die Lage war gut

Cons:

Das Fenster im Zimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Die Treppe nach unten gelaufen 4 Stockwerke unten angekommen, ging es ohne Zimmerkarte nicht weiter, also wieder ganz nach oben und den Aufzug genommen. Das war auch der Notweg

Quiet despite being a city hotel. Excellent location.

Cons:

Mattress too soft for me, maybe need a new , firm one?
Breakfast was definitely better than Courtyard hotels in US, still has a way to go to be as good as a full British hotel.

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof Durften früher einchecken. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit HP für eine Nacht war für uns gut. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Rührei war einfacher Art. Das Hinweisschild, dass andere Eier und Omelette bestellt werden kann, hatten wir leider übersehen!

We had to wait an hour to check in (and it was after 3 pm) as the room was not available. Staff were very apologetic and offered us complimentary drinks, but would have been good to have access to the room
