A beautiful property with great potential, held back slightly by some service issues.
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful, set in a wonderful park with stunning views. The pool also enjoys a fantastic view, and overall the garden and the entire property are very well maintained and in good condition. The structure has a lot of potential and provides a very pleasant setting for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

Despite the excellent potential of the property, we encountered some minor but noticeable organizational and service issues.

First, the welcoming experience was quite disappointing. We received very little information at check-in and, more generally, throughout the stay there was limited involvement from the staff and little interaction with guests. A warmer and more attentive approach would significantly improve the experience.

Second, the pool is exposed to direct sunlight during the hottest hours of the day, while there seemed to be a lack of umbrellas or other shaded areas. This makes it difficult to comfortably use the pool during several hours of the day without excessive exposure to the sun.

Finally, the breakfast could be improved. Much of the food seemed rather industrial, and the overall breakfast experience, including the service, did not fully match the quality and potential of the hotel itself.

Soggiorno davvero eccellente. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli: pulizia impeccabile, accoglienza calorosa e grande tranquillità. La vicinanza al mare e ai servizi rende tutto comodissimo. Un posto dove si sta bene davvero.

Soggiorno meraviglioso, torneremo sicuramente!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità da tutto il personale.

La struttura è molto bella e curata: la piscina con vista mare è semplicemente meravigliosa, sempre pulitissima e ben tenuta, così come il giardino e tutti gli spazi comuni. La vista sul mare è davvero spettacolare.

Un servizio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è la navetta gratuita per la spiaggia convenzionata. Anche se al momento la struttura non dispone ancora di una spiaggia propria, ci hanno spiegato che presto sarà disponibile una spiaggia privata. Il prezzo degli ombrelloni presso la spiaggia convenzionata, considerando che eravamo in piena stagione, era davvero ottimo.

Abbiamo apprezzato anche il ristorante e la qualità dei servizi, ma una cosa che ci ha colpito particolarmente è stata la pulizia impeccabile della struttura.

È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante

Pros:

La parte ristrutturata decisamente ottima, fantastico il terrazzo con vasca idro massaggio per2, colazione più che sufficiente, camere grandi, si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal mare. Lo consiglierei. ( solo come consiglio un bollitore e macchina per il caffè in camera sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta).
