Location
Hair dryer broken and they had shower in the side of room which is completely glass! Means there’s no way to not be seen during your shower. This wasn’t shown and ruined the experience since it was a friend trip. What we had to do to cover the entire shower was unexpected and inappropriate
Location and room
Wish there was a coffee maker in the room, though it’s near many places outside to get coffee/food. It’s just nice to have some caffeine before walking outside
The hotel was less than ten rooms, is close to groceries, diners, gas station, park and beach path. A good walk from major happening area in Belmont. room was spacious and included furnishings for a studio style stay. Bathroom was spacious and open concept to room with doors for privacy if needed.
With it being a smaller facilityI had difficulty finding the hotel from front and back with traffic right on your tail so I had to go around the block twice. Parking on premises is tight. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning and the toilet was wobbly. Caulking and grout were in need of cleaning and repair and the iron needed to be rinsed with descaler and rust remover. I used it as an upright steamer to keep my clothes from staining.
Nice room
The location is wonderful. It was a short walk to the beach. It was also very well run. The check-in process was very smooth, and instructions to identify the on-premise parking were very useful.
Overall, it was a very good value. The room and bathroom had been thoughtfully updated, and the bed was very comfortable.
Free parking was nice, if a bit tight.
Our unit backed up to a back street, which felt more like an alley. I was a bit concerned about that, but we felt safe and didn't hear any noise.
It's a small point, but it would have been nice to have some kind of table or desk in the room.

Room 11 is in the middle of the parking lot. Strange with no privacy. Bed has motion activated ambient lights. Unfortunately this was triggered multiple times throughout the night. Later I saw a very large cockroach that explained that. No coffee.

The gentleman at the front desk was great and very helpful. The room was beautiful and clean and spacious.
The walls and ceiling were super thin. There was a woman above me walking around in heels constantly and you could hear every motion she was making. She came back from partying at about 3:00 in the morning and kept going with loud music, dancingandsome guy. There was no one at the front desk so I had to deal with it. While it's not the hotel's fault she did what she did, there should be quiet hours established at check-in
Great location close to the pier and beach. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. The room was small but nice.
Parking was challenging; not enough spots and the lot is very tight. The rooms do not have a microwave or coffee maker, which would have been nice. Also, the bed has motion lights around the base, which turned on every time someone got up at night which was really annoying. Adding a way to turn them off would be nice.
