Perfect place to check out, recharge & soak up the sun & sea
Pros:

Large rooms & plenty of space with private balcony. Super close to the beach with on-site restaurant & staff were so friendly

Cons:

The decking around the pool could use some maintenance but otherwise the property was a great, low key beach resort

Once beautiful, now falling apart.
Pros:

The location is still good, being next to the beach. The property has a lot of potential but requires lots of work and is also not an hotel but a inn or guesthouse in terms of service.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the place is in a state of disrepair. I understand that the situation in Sihanoukville is far from ideal but it’s hard to accept the derelict condition of the facility. It’s basically kept as a simple guesthouse yet charging 60$ a night. I also got into a conflict with a room underneath mine who was blasting loud music in 6:30am and i had to knock the door myself asking to reduce the noise.

Lovely, two pools, villas really cute and right on a great beach!
Pros:

The breakfast wasn't what we normally eat, but the staff really accomodated what we like to eat, which was really sweet. I am sad that we only had one night there, great location, great beach and lovely little villas. Very comfortable and loved it.

Disappointing experience. If you want to spend time in that area, go to Kampot.
Pros:

The location is pretty cool, knowing that Sihanoukville is not the most lovely city in Cambodia. The fact that the hotel is not located in the city center is an asset.

Cons:

The beds quality is really low. The hotel is really noisy, the WIFI connection is really low, and the housekeeping is almost inexistant.
The room are not clean at all, therefore stinky. We had a leakage in our toilets, so we had to end up changing our room. The new room had a larger leakage, that we realised in the middle of the night, only.

Huge hole between the exterior door and our bathroom, so the insects could come however they wanted.

Not our best experience in Cambodia.

Pros:

the room was very nice, spacious. the pool always clean.

Cons:

unfortunately the included breakfast is poor, very little choice in food: omelette, rice, noodle and porridge. Attention! I advise against including breakfast because apart from the food, you pay for everything, including the coffee. Nothing is included in the breakfast. I advise you to go to a typical restaurant nearby called Pizza Pop (wonderful breakfasts, lunches and dinners at very low prices).

the structure is far from the center, for those wishing to visit the city. we just wanted to relax so, all in all, for two days, it went well.

the staff does not speak English, apart from two people. If you order a drink, nobody brings it to the pool, you have to wait at the counter; once you have finished drinking, no one collects the glasses, you have to take them back to the restaurant. Yet the staff is not lacking, but remains standing still.
