Great Hotel
Pros:

Отличное расположение. Все в пешей доступности. Номера комфортные, просторные, есть все необходимое. Утюг, сейф, гладильная доска, тапочки, шампуньки, вкусняшки. Чисто. Тихо. Заселили пораньше. Все объяснили, показали. Очень понравилось! Спасибо!

Отвратительное отношение к клиенту
Pros:

Отвратительный подход отеля, была запрошена отмена проживания за 3 недели до поездки по семейным причинам и отель сначала пообещал сделать отмену и сказал не волноваться. А за 3 дня до заселения было отказано без объяснения причин и не предложено никаких альтернатив. Никому не рекомендую.
