Super séjour dans cet hôtel !
L’accueil est vraiment chaleureux, avec un personnel aux petits soins, toujours souriant et très attentionné 😊
Nous avons eu une très belle chambre, joliment décorée, avec une grande salle de bain et un magnifique balcon intérieur traditionnel fait main, un vrai charme !
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les repas sont délicieux, préparés à la demande donc il faut prévoir un petit temps d’attente, mais ça vaut largement le coup !
Le rooftop est superbe, avec une très belle vue sur Katmandou. L’emplacement est également idéal, au calme tout en étant proche de Thamel et du Monkey Temple.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! 😊🙏🏻

Ein besonders charmantes und ruhiges Hotel mit schöner Dachterasse. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Amazing staff

This place is perfect. We could not recommend it enough. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast on the roof top is delicious with the best service and it is in a prime location.

It’s outside of craziness of Thamel, in residential area but very close to it and touristic bus stop.
Very nice and friendly stuff.
Also very nice roof top and very good food with views over the city.

We don’t usually write reviews, but our stay at Nivas Boutique Home was so lovely that we felt it deserved one. We stayed here both before and after our trek, and it truly became a place we looked forward to returning to.

After our trek, we were able to check in early straight away, take a much-needed shower, and were warmly welcomed with tea: exactly what we needed at that moment.

The hotel itself is warm, cozy, and very clean, with a beautiful rooftop terrace. What we especially appreciated is that it’s located just outside the busy Thamel area. It’s a quiet, charming neighborhood that feels much more local and authentic, while still being within walking distance of the center.

Dev and his team are incredibly kind, welcoming and professional. They were also very helpful with logistics like arranging transport (tourist bus to Pokhara), which made everything run smoothly.

All in all, this place felt like a little home away from home in Kathmandu. If we ever return, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Dev, for your kindness and hospitality!

I arrived after a very long flight, sleep deprived and a bit disoriented, at it was so nice to arrive at this hotel. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was large and nicely decorated. Breakfast was very tasty and it is really nice to sit and eat at the rooftop terrace with great views. I had a small breakdown when an ATM took my credit card, and a very nice staff member kindly helped me figure everything out and made me feel at ease. Overall a great experience, good value for the very affordable price and great service from every person working there from the cleaners, servers, drivers and receptionists.
