Pros:

Location was great and the free parking the room was good size and comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was not cleaned.
There was a back of chips inside the drawer.

Pros:

It was a decent hotel. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Would have appreciated having my room cleaned and new towels. I paid over $400/night. Definately not worth $400.
Would have like a hotel closer to the metro.

A szoba a második emeleten volt, lift nagyon jó, ágy kényelmes, elfogadható méretű hűtőszekrény, a környék kitünő, mindennap gyalog sétáltunk át Washingtonba, bár aki nem szeret sokat gyalogolni annak ez hosszú út, közel van az Arlingtoni temető, ami fantasztikusan látványos.

Cons:

A fürdőszoba ajtón ami egy tolóajtó, sem kilincs sem fogantyú nem volt, problémás a kinyitása és becsukása. Egy egyszerű fogantyú felszerelése 10 percig tartana és a probléma megoldódna.

Unhappy customer.
Pros:

I liked the room I booked online through booking.com, but when I got there the desk person gave me a different room, I went back downstairs and pointed it out to him. Then after I showed him the photos I took of the room I booked online. He still tried to convince me that I booked a different room, and charged me extra in order to get the room I had booked. On top of that he put a guilt trip on me that he would have to make someone else forfit getting the room that I had reserved, which was a balcony room, and that l showed me his character of how he handled the situation was rude and he left that negative vibe from the beginning till I left three nights later. I really doubt that was the only room with the balcony that was available that one night, because there was not anyone on either side of me until the last night I was there, the garage was never even halfway full, and I hardly encountered any people as much as I was in and out all day, whether it be the lobby or the elevator.
I will definitely not ever stay at one of these hotel or their branches, ever, again. Nor will I recommend it to my colleagues, friends, and family. Rude, rude, rude.

Spacious rooms and great parking.
Pros:

In town for a quick trip and absolutely love this hotel. Check in was fast and easy. The room is spacious and clean. I LOVE the parking garage. I think it’s only 29 a night for parking, but you need a room key to open the garage. I have no problem paying for parking if the set up is like this. Other hotels charge the same or more, just for your car to be in a sketchy, random parking lot where anyone has access to it. This is how it should be if you’re going to charge for parking. Bathroom was a little moldy, but everything else makes up for it. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Cons:

The coffee is very expensive and not very good. If you book a reservation without breakfast included, I recommend getting coffee somewhere else; I paid $20 for a muffin sandwich and a coffee

Correct pour un court séjour
Pros:

Hôtel facile d’accès grâce aux bus et proche d’une station de métro. Literie confortable. A 15mn à pied du cimetière d’Arlington. Nombreux restaurants dans les environs

Cons:

Chambre vieillotte et petit-déjeuner plus que limite: 4 options de base, uniquement des produits surgelés. Quasiment tout est en supplément. Personnel que l’on a souvent l’impression de déranger (pas toute l’équipe heureusement!)
