Pros:

Очень уютно.
Отделка деревом и парк за окном - центр города, но будто за городом.
Чисто, опрятно.

Cons:

Персонал формально-вежлив, но обучить бы их говорить с улыбкой и более человеческими фразами.
Но это уже высший пилотаж, надо время.
Страна и так прогрессирует стремительно, так что все супер в этой гостинице.

Great location next to the fountains
Pros:

The decor was beautiful, and location perfect, ok it's on a busy road but rooms are at the back of the hotel away from the road and insulated from most of the noise.

Cons:

Understandably in an old building there's no lift but it's a bit of a Drudge humping cases up four flights of stairs to the 3rd floor

Pros:

Great location near the main places I wanted to see. Comfy room with Smart TV. I spent an incredible amount of time in it as I was having problems sorting visas and travel bookings, so I appreciated the fact it was comfy and quiet. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

The wifi worked well on my phone but wasn't always strong enough to work on my laptop.

Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und man kann alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen.

Beautifully decorated central hotel!
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel with traditional decorations. Perfect location. My room was spacious, with a comfy bed. Appreciated the fridge and kettle. Hot water and wifi worked great. Breakfast was good…lots of choices. Also, a beautiful lounge area.

Cons:

I found it hard to sleep as my room was right against a main road that had traffic all night. The air-con unit in the room didn’t seem to really cool the space…maybe needs maintenance. There was a foul drainage smell in the bathroom.
