Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very central. A lot of sights can be reached by foot. The staff is friendly and helpful. The floors and rooms are nice decorated

… the hotel had its best times in the past. It needs to be renovated. Our room and the bathroom were not clean. The breakfast was quite poor.

Pros:

Lokalizacja przy fontannach w Parku Dębowym, fantastyczna Cholpon na recepcji, przemiła i kompetentną, zalatwila nam transport do Narynu.
Pyszne śniadanie, klimatyczny hotel.

Cons:

Wszystko było super, zatrzymałyśmy sie tutaj już drugi raz.

Fijn hotel met geweldig personeel
Pros:

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en verwelkomend, de kamers zijn ruim en de locatie is heel centraal

Cons:

Hotel kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken en nieuwe matrassen. Het doet nog niet af aan comfort of beleving, maar vernieuwing is wel nodig inmiddels

Good & very well located Hotel
Pros:

- very good location directly in the centre
- spacious room
- good hot shower
- nice stuff with 24hr reception

Cons:

- had a room on the ground floor next to the breakfast room and main entrance, which was a bit loud
- the bathroom facilities could be a bit cleaner
- WiFi was not the best

Pros:

The location is excellent. Close to all major attractions in the city. Staff is alway accomodating. They even prepared breakfast for us earlier than our scheduled time, so we can go on trip with full stomach. Good size rooms.

Cons:

This hotel is in a very good location. But, it has certain drawbacks:
- room on inside had lot of external light coming. Also, AC was making noise. Making us difficult to sleep. We requested to change the room, which they kindly did on next day. The new room was towards the street side. And the street side has noise of cars.
- rugs in the hallway and rooms are felt rugs, and they look and feel dirty.
