Amazing stay! Would recommend to anyone!
Pros:

Everything from location, food at the restaurant, and amenities were great! Staff were amazing and very helpful - everyone at the receptions, especially Mr. J. Singh - I have been to several Delta locations, the Delta at Fredricton was outstanding - not to forget Josh and Emily at the lake (Canoe Rentals) were very nice as well

Pros:

Rooms are clean, bed confortable. The hotel overall is really clean and beautiful. Restaurant in the lobby is a steakhouse with other optionsam, food was great and the bartender makes awesome smoked old fashionned if you like this drink. I would go back for sure, stayed one night with our dog and everyone was very welcoming.

Guter Zwischenstopp in einer netten Stadt
Pros:

Ein lebhaftes Hotel im typischen verlässlichen Marriott Style. Zum Frühstück hat ein Coffee Shop geöffnet, sodass man sich ein kontinentales Frühstück zusammenstellen kann. Wunderschöne Terrasse zum Fluss hin und eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Klimaanlage erträglich.

Cons:

Nun, wenn man es wie wir nicht lassen kann, einen Versuch mit dem Öffnen des Fensters zu starten, muss man trotz Fliegengitter mit einer Invasion rechnen. Das Personal reagierte freundlich und war geduldig mehrmals mit der Beseitigung der winzigen Plagegeister beschäftigt.

Very busy schedule, nice to come back to a comfortable room at the end of the day.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable, very nice view of sunset in the evening. The welcome fruit & cheese tray was an unexpected, but a very nice touch. The local restaurant (Diplomat) outside the hotel was very refreshing after being downtown all day.

Cons:

At the end of each day, I wanted to experience the gift shop but it was closed already. The little "Groove Cafe" could have been open a little later, during the day. Also, more promotions for the area, possibly a transit schedule, since the bus passes by the door.

Bonne situation mais cher
Pros:

Le sentier tout proche qui mène directement en 30 minutes à pied, au centre de Fredericton.
Le confort de la literie.

Cons:

Le prix ! 411 dollars pour une nuit en avril, même pas en haute saison, et sans petits déjeuners.

It was a great time to spend with family but will not be back anytime soon.
Pros:

Beautiful spot next to the water and love the convenience of the restaurant for meals.

Cons:

The pillows were very uncomfortable. In the pool area, the floor was dirty and gobs of hair in the bottom of the pool, as well as floating/sticking to hands. It was gross.

Cons:

I didn’t know I would have to pay for parking. Parking should be included in the room rate I paid. That is my only complaint.

Pros:

The pool was warm, but needed to be cleaned. I liked that it was open 24/7.

Cons:

The phone in our room didn’t work, there was no mention in my booking that there was a fee for parking.

It was comfy and overall satisfactory
Pros:

The location is a great spot. Out of the way yet close to everything. The staff was efficient and when there was a issue with the room responded right away

Cons:

The fact that the cafe is only available in the morning is odd. It would be ideal to be able have a coffee and small snack in the afternoon
The breakfast is overpriced. The eggs Benny was swimming in butter and the ham was no existent. Very disappointing
