A night stay at Hotel Villa de Barajas-May 2026
Pros:

For us this was a night stay to be near the airport. It is an old hotel, but very clean and well organized. The room was small but clean and the bed was very comfortable. It also had a balcony with gallery windows. The TV, cable, and internet service worked perfectly. There are nice local small restaurants and bars at waking distance. Breakfast was excellent and staff very nice. Just what we needed to rest before our trip back home.

Cons:

The room was a bit too small, but doable. Did not find places to go for a walk.

Perfecto para descansar y continuar viaje
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación para hacer noche desde el aeropuerto y seguir viaje al día siguiente. Habitación limpia, cama muy cómoda ( un detalle lo de la segunda almohada). Nada de ruido. La persona de recepción, Miguel Ángel, muy amable.

Happy with this hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location to be near the airport, restaurants and stores within walking distance. With a lot of traffic it only took15 minutes to get to the airport by taxi. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and fresh, with a good selection. Staff was very nice and helpful. Easy check- in and out.

Budget hotel, close to the airport, with no frills
Pros:

The hotel is close to the airport, but far away from the center. It was convenient for us to reach easily the airport (bus 827 less than 100m from the hotel, very cheap fare 1.5€/person).

Cons:

Some of the staff was not very friendly. Mario was the worst. He seemed bored by our presence and he was not at all welcoming. He could work a bit on his personal skills. The rest of the staff was much more welcoming.

Reasonably priced. The young waitress in the bar desperately needs hospitality training.
Pros:

I was upgraded when it was clear that my room phone was dysfunctional and the aircon was very noisy. The upgrade I anticipated, the issue I’d will and when will those issues be attended to.

Cons:

It needs upgrading attention as it is very visibly worn out.
