Really lovely family-run place to stay on the square in Pallanza
Pros:

Very attentive friendly staff, family run, personal, helpful and caring. Great dinner menu and refreshing drinks.

Room was very comfortable, modern, fresh, lovely linen and pillows, aircon too.

Entspannt und zentral – mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See.
Pros:

Das Hotel Novara liegt direkt an der wunderschönen Promenade mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, was sich jeden Tag voll ausgezahlt hat. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, ausreichend groß und für eine Woche Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gefrühstückt haben wir in den vielen nahen Bars und Pasticcerie. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I liked the hotel location (in front of the lake), helpful & friendly staff (receptionist, waiter and cook), excellent cooking (breakfast and dinner).

Cons:

The fact that there was no real wardrobe; just an open hanging place for clothes. It was ok for a short stay, but not suitable for a longer stay.
