Hotel muy antiguo, todo muy viejo, las ventanas no se podían dubir, los pasillos estrechos,,,, todo muy decadente

No air conditioning
Not a good experience. Room size good. Bathroom not. Windows not properly closed. In need of repair or replacement. Cold nights. Food not good. Baked potato. Boiled potato with skin on. Porrage ok. Staff ok. Entertainment in basement not very handy and if you are later dinner sitting no chance of table. Electronic pad left. Charged £15 for return postage. Actual postage. £5.09. (Phone left in strathpeffer was to be no charge for return but person sent monies anyway.) Just saying Scottish hospitality.
This is not a wheelchair friendly hotel. They do have a metal ramp it you ask for it at front desk. Yes understand is an older property but the is not stable. Steps down to restaurant.

Had a good time in Eastbourne. the hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. They was brilliant, friendly and funny. 🤣
We paid I think it was £20 extra for the better room and the room was good clean. Bed was comfortable breakfast was good I wasn’t keen on the dinners but the Wife liked them.

I felt luke i was in a sauna.
I liked everything. The room was spacious with a large fan which was great in the hot weather. Bedding, towels etc were all spotless. Very spacious shower. Three bars and one with bingo and music. All the staff were lovely and the whole hotel had a very friendly vibe. Thanks to everyone.
