The room smelled bad. The bathroom had no ventilation. The pool was not working, but was listed in the facilities it offered (it was removed after my and others' complaints). The windows were unsafe if left open at night.

The friendliness & helpfulness of the staff; the welcoming space around reception and the cafe, garden & bar facilities & good opening hours; the availability of bottled water at reception; the view from the balcony, the generously sized room, the ideal positioning for both beach and town.
Car parking needs to be improved for cars, as there are limited spaces and navigating the coaches can be challenging; the hotel decor needs refreshing both in communal areas & in the rooms (eg: the wardrobe door was stuck); water pressure in the shower was disappointing.

Room could do with darker curtains.

Had to ask or chairs to sit on balcony which we paid extra for no towel rail working poorly furnished room. Chairs in bedroom would have been nice for two elder

Windows are not securely closing, no keys to lock them, and lock itself falling out.
Very outdated and in need of maintenance.
The worst thing is the shower that had no good pressure at all.
The hotel looks tidy but very let down.
Pillows are horribly hard. Cleanliness is not too bad, but the bathroom could have never cleaned better.
Was really excited about this hotel from the pictures and the reviews, but the reality was completely different.
Limited parking spaces, so if you come late in the evening, you have to look for the parking on the streets.
We were excited about the pool, but we were told it's not working.
I haven't tried their food.
Didn't like that you had to leave your room key when leaving the room for the day. And if you want Do Not District sign, then you need to collect one from the reception. Why not leave one in each room?
