Pros:

Jó a lokáció, és persze szuper az Oliva étterme. Egy éjszakára foglaltam, ennél többre nem vágytam, de aztán mégsem voltam boldog, pedig korábbi tartózkodásom során minden rendben volt.

Cons:

Ha kocsival érkezel, a parkoló fent van. Mivel már voltam itt, kb 5-6 éve, tudtam, hogy ha táskáimmal együtt lemászok az alsó szintre - millió lépcsőt kell mászni- azzal járok jól. Persze segítség zéró. A Smart szárnyba foglaltam, ami korábban nem volt, vagy csak lemaradtam róla - ez viszont a parkoló szintjén van.. Az utazásom előtt kaptam több emailt, de arról nem szólt a fáma, hogy a mínusz 1-en van csak reci, ott csekkolj be, de a cuccokat ne cipeld, mert utána visszafelé is meg kell tenni ugyanezt a távot. (Veszprém dimbes-dombos, ettől szép, nem is ezzel volt a bajom, de egyedül csajként, úgy hogy utána tovább is utaztam, nem egy hátizsákom volt csak..). Uh a recepciós kedvesen felajánlotta, hogy a főépületben is van szoba, cserélhetek. bár az régebbi. Gondoltam, hogy oké, voltam már itt, nem gond, kedves gesztus és egyszerű. Nos, tényleg régi, nem olyan, mint pár éve. Plusz se egy vízforraló, sem kávéfőző, a klíma nagyon régi, a működését hagyjuk is. Ráadásul éjszaka beütött egy nagy vihar, és vagy ezért, vagy más ok miatt, éjféltől reggelig szólt valami riasztó-féle a reci mellett (hajnal 4-kor lementem megnézni, hogy honnan jön az ütemes sípolás, és ott valami szerver szobából jött.. az egész épületben lehetett hallani, "jó" volt 3 órát aludni.) Ezt reggel jeleztem a recin, elnézést kért..
De Veszprémet amúgy szeretem, az étterem és annak személyzete szuper..

Összességében kellemes volt az otttartózkodás. Rugalmas volt a check-out.
Pros:

A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A kilátás az étteremből fantasztikus.

Cons:

A fürdőszoba szagelszívója iszonyúan hangos volt.

Pros:

A belvárosban,nagyon szép helyen,a vár alatt.Segítő,kedves szemèlyzet,hangulatos belső terek,tiszta nagy csaladi lakosztály.Gyerekek is élvezték.A jakuzzi nagyon jólesett a nap végén! Reggeli bőséges és nagyon finom volt. Privát parkoló!Köszönjük,hogy ott lehettünk!⁹
