Tolles Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, wir konnten fussläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Vieux Montreal erreichen. Die Metro-Staion war sehr nahe. Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet, wir haben einen Upgrade auf eine Suite erhalten.
Das Auto konnten wir in der Hotel-Tiefgarage parkieren, der Lift führte direkt ins Hotel.

Cons:

Vom Frühstück waren wir enttäuscht, wir haben es nur 1 Mal genommen. Es gibt gute Möglichkeiten in der Nähe.: Bäckerei mit vielseitiger Auswahl, vielseitige Möglichkeiten in der Metro-Station.

Customer service is good, but not value for money.
Pros:

The location was very good, close to the centre and the Palais de Congress.

Cons:

The hotel is very expensive for what it is. The rooms are very old, and the air conditioning is so loud. The view is not nice, they dont provide a single bottle of water on arrival. The hotel gives plastic cups for coffee which is terrible for the 300 dollars paid by night. Customer service is very good though.

Well located, comfortable and easy to access hotel.
Pros:

Location was great and access to parking was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Rate paid was acceptable compared to other hotels nearby.

Cons:

The only negative was a call I received in my room on my second day. It was an "agent" from reservations saying my form of payment had to be confirmed. This person had my surname, room number and the type of card my partner used to pay the room. I immediately thought this was suspicious and asked if we could speak french. He replied he could not, even though we were staying in Montral. I then asked if I could go down to Reception and clear up this matter with the agents there. He replied this was not possible as he "worked at a different location". I then hung up and went down to reception to report this to the front desk agent. He told me he would mention this call to his manager. No further calls were received but I was a bit shocked at the information he had on the original phone call.
