Straightforward, good value stay
Pros:

Wanted a cheap decent stay for a single overnight. Fit the bill perfectly

Pros:

Location to the venue we had to attend-The Riverside Barn-was excellent. The staff are super friendly 😀

Cons:

Dated rooms, that are a little dusty here and there. The bed has seen better days and the shower cubicle was a bit broken. But, hey.... it's ok for a fast night over 😀

Pros:

I like that I was able to take my dog in the bedroom with me, positive points for the size of the room and the facilities. I thought the bed was comfortable, and the room throughout was nice.

Cons:

I would have liked it if there was a place to have breakfast or something like it. We had to order off food ordering apps.

Pros:

It was easy and accessible to where I wanted to be ,old fashioned rooms ,but was ideal as a base and it was clean and tidy

Room was lovely but the rest not so good
Pros:

The room was excellent and spacious, especially the bathroom which had a tub and a separate shower. The room felt was warm and in a nicer part of the hotel. There are shops (Aldi) and Mcdonalds just down the road.

Cons:

Above a bar with loud music til late. The staff had NO knowledge about anything. TV was difficult to use. View was to the back of the hotel which would be nice if the back of the hotel was looked after. No ice. No vending machines.

Pros:

The night staff and late evening staff were brilliant and very helpful and professional.
The location was great for next morning as it was only minutes away from were the wedding was going to take place.

Cons:

The rooms were very dated and the carpets were stained. The heating was rubbish as when we arrived the rooms were very cold. The showers was not powerful and it was small. The storage heater was controlled by the thermostat which kept o. Clicking throughout the night which kept my wife up for most of the night.
