Very uncomfortable night, expensive rough night’s sleep

It was handy for the reason we were in the area for

Cons:

Didn’t not like the property, was only needing a bed for the night. The additional beds we ordered to make the room up for 3 singles were very uncomfortable. I’m sure there would have been a better option if we’d had time to search elsewhere. One of us ended up sleeping in car as beds were so uncomfortable. Complaint made and no refund offered.

Excellent stayover
Pros:

The locatoon is ideal, just off motorway. The staff were all helpful and polite. Our toom ess great, nice shower room. Will always stsy here when in area

Simple hotel with great qualities
Pros:

Nice hotel and great location for us as we were going to the farm show. The staff were more than helpful such a nice group of people - the customer service was outstanding.

Cons:

The room was fab and the bathroom was large. There were no toiletries but I never use the hotels anyway I always s take my own. The only thing that needs address is the shower head then the room would be 100% perfect.

For the price a very good deal with very clean and comfortable room

Not what I expected
Pros:

Tv worked

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean, we spotted crisps under the bed as soon as we walked in.
In bathroom the bin was old and rusty. The curtains had holes in them. Room was dated and needs full refurbishment

Pros:

Short stay good location, reception staff good

Cons:

Television didn't work with normal channels ie BBC, itv. Room didn't get cleaned, bed not made, bins not emptied, tea coffee and milk not replenished, I know it was a short stay but I did expect these little things to be done at £80 a night
