Overall, a bit disappointing with tired rooms.
Pros:

Good location, friendly and knowledgeable staff (very good restaurant suggestions) and a beautiful building .

Cons:

The bedrooms were tired. Carpets were old and dirty, our Junior Suite was musty and felt damp. Paint and decor was very dated as were things like light fittings and switches etc. the curtains were hanging off. The whole place felt like it hadn’t been renovated in perhaps 20/30 years. Not really good enough at these prices. The bed was also hard and uncomfortable and we could hear every sound from the next room making sleep very difficult, meaning that soundproofing is not up to modern standards. We heard a number of other guests moaning about the rooms at breakfast, with similar comments.

Edificio histórico con remodelación de lujo
Pros:

La construcción es una belleza histórica, era un hospicio y tiene una importante remodelación, incluyendo un buen estacionamiento. Es un hotel con servicio de lujo. Lo recomiendo de manera muy amplia.

Absolute must stay here if you are in Oviedo. Outstanding hotel and services
Pros:

Huge room and bathroom with high end amenities. Location is excellent, close to the historical center and to the commercial roads as well. Breakfast was simply outstanding
