Clean and easy beach day!
Pros:

Very clean, safe location and near the beach. Definitely return !

Cons:

Air conditioning was either too cold or too hot…not a biggie .

I would not stay there again, there are too many other hotels on that strip at the same rate.

The property was understaffed and the floors in the room were not clean. The doors on the 2 floor did not close properly. When you showered the smoke alarm goes off (this happened to several people). I called the front desk for someone to clean our room and bring toilet paper and no one ever did.

I love this beach. St Augustine has several options to visit, old downtown is perfect.
Pros:

I like the cleaning room. It was nicely organized. Breakfast was good and the most remarcable is the location, crossing the street and a few more steps, is the sea.

Cons:

-Pay for the parking.
- And also, the rooms close to the wash maquines are noisy. During nights, some people stay close to the washing room to drink alcohol, o washing clothe. Maybe it was a weird case, but it was really mad

Pros:

Wir konnten schon deutlich früher einchecken, was ich sehr klasse fand. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Die Lage ist klasse, einmal über die Straße und schon ist man am Strand. Parken kostet etwa 16 Dollar pro Nacht.

Cons:

Frühstück bis auf die Waffeln war leider nicht herausragend. Im Zimmer tropfte es in der Nacht von der Decke, was unsere Sachen alle klamm gemacht hat. Unsere Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren. Ich habe dann den Stecker ziehen müssen, damit sie wenigsten ausgeht. Sonst hätte sie trotz ausschalten immer weiter gepustet.

Excellent
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent, right across the street from the beach. the Staff was friendly and helpful. They even allowed us a early checkin since were traveling with a pet.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub closed at dusk. Wished it had been open a little longer

Hűvösebb időben kellett volna jönni. Tavaly kellemesebb volt.
Pros:

A környék csendes és szép. Közel van az óceán.

Cons:

Nagy páratartalom miatt a szoba nedves és a légkondi sem az igazi. Takarítás sem volt. Semmi ne szááradt meg a szobában.

Uncomfortable beds, you have to pay to park everyday, less than mediocre breakfast, no where to hang wet clothes/swi

I liked that is was walking distance to the beach and restaurants

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable, the breakfast was less than mediocre. They cleaned the waffle maker during the prime time of breakfast and waffles are the only decent item they offer for breakfast. Their sausage is microwave and they have powder eggs. The hot tub is more like a Luke warm bath tub. The bathroom door has no handle inside allowing you to easily close the door. The rooms are very small for 2 beds and there is not many accessible outlets. You have to pay to park everyday which is ridiculous considering I paid an arm and a leg to stay here. The covers on the bed are like tissue paper and do not keep you warm, it’s literally a sheet, no comfort or blanket.

We were in town for an event and the room was fine for one night.
Pros:

We did not eat the breakfast at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was excellent.

Cons:

I normally do not stay in hotels with exterior rooms for saftey. The photos online did not show exterior rooms. This hotel had no elevator and we were on the second floor. We had to haul our luggage upstairs and we are all seniors. The ice machine on the second floor was broken. We had to go downstairs to get ice. Very inconvenient for seniors.
