Pros:

Picked this location because of its proximity to Davies Symphony Hall - which is within easy walking distance. It is an older hotel in a busy location but parking is readily available and free for guests.

Cons:

The facility is definitely dated. As in last remodel in maybe 1990. On the plus side, the rooms are set up with USB charging ports, but the refrig is tiny, the shower is ancient, but at least everything worked.

The room was clean and comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to the hospital my husband was in, and there was plenty of good restaurants and night life nearby.

Great location. We didn’t pay for luxury and had an OK stay.
Pros:

The location was great with easy walking to food and fun. The Bart station was nearby to take you all the places. Good lighting at night for safety. Staff made check in and out easy. Bed linens were changed daily and were very nice.

Cons:

The room smells musty and with all the fans running it always still felt damp. The chair was not clean.

Wasn’t the worst, would stay again if I couldn’t find somewhere better.
Pros:

The king size beds, let us have a late checkout. Pretty decent area if SF, relatively quiet.

Cons:

The outdated coffee pot, no microwave, the smell of the room when we first went in.
