Great location, friendly staff, hotel is pretty old and run down, but clean.
Pros:

It was clean, had free parking, and the location was excellent and very walkable to tons of restaurants, shopping, SFJAZZ, Asian Art Museum, Symphony, etc.

Cons:

The facility was pretty run down, and there was no soundproofing - it was extremely loud. Every time anyone around us used their shower or sink, there was a knocking sound from the pipes.

Hotel Symphony is recommended for a trip to San Francisco
Pros:

Service from the manager was excellent. He was very hospitable and courteous and could do enough to help us. Gave us advice on places to visit as it was our first trip to San Francisco.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were a little disappointed with the size of the room. Had the bed not been a king size, there would have been more room to move around.

Great value with convenient location
Pros:

The location was excellent, the onsite parking convenient, and the staff was kind.

Cons:

It is downtown and an older hotel, so you hear normal city noises. (For the location, it is relatively quiet.)

Symphony Inn is the Winner
Pros:

After trying a number of other places, we now always stay here when visiting my son in San Francisco. The rooms are clean and comfortable, location is perfect for our needs, pricing is reasonable, free parking is a huge bonus and the staff are great to work with.

Great location. Room was comfortable and clean The elevator was a good feature.

Overall a great stay
Pros:

The location and free parking keep us coming back to this location. The rooms are clean and redone and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The TV shut off in the evening and didn’t work again until someone came out. The shower was clogged and didn’t drain during my shower.

Pros:

Hned při příjezdu nás přivítal velmi milý pán na recepci. Vše nám vysvětlil a příteli pomohl s parkováním.
Ubytování bylo čisté. Pouze při sprchování chvíli trvalo než se pustila teplá voda.
Také bylo ubytování v dobré lokalitě kde do 15min chůzí je obchod Trader Joe's.
