Labotessa Luxury Boutique Hotel

I cannot express how well the unbelievable team at Labotessa made us feel.
Having the owners Martijn and Johan greet us on arrival to Bridget meticulously organising our activities was a very special touch.
Our Signature suite room was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Having your own personal lift was very special.
The room had so many special touches that made you feel so welcome. Continues stocking of snack and drinks was appreciated. The rusks were so delicious.
Amazing bed, heated bathroom floors, high ceilings to name a few.
The breakfasts we had were so good with a wonderful selection. Tony and Todd were fantastic making us feel very welcome.
Overall we were so happy to be staying here and will absolutely return.

Beautiful suites and superior service

From the moment you take a step into the property to the moment you leave, there is a level of care and attention we have not experienced elsewhere in our recent travels. The Labotessa team listens and answers questions and sets up activities for their guests like no other hotel. In addition, having homemade snacks and unprocessed food in the fridge to nibble on during our stay shows an « above and beyond » approach that this team provides. We had read that the breakfast was the best in Cape Town, and that is right!! Thanks again to Johan, Martin, Bridget, Claudine, Yannick, Taffa, Todd and the others behind the scene for making this a truly unforgettable stay in Cape Town.

We felt very spoilt and cared for, by all the staff at Labotessa. It was a very special experience. It is a beautiful hotel, with exceptional attention to detail.

Восхитительный отель в Кейптауне, камерный, в старинном особняке, всего 7 номеров, лифт приезжает прямиком в ваш номер, в котором продумано все до мелочей, есть например даже отпариватель для одежды и настольные игры, очень удобная кровать, просторный номер с оборудованным кухонным уголком, гостиной зоной, бар пополнен разными деликатесами, паштет, оливки и даже лайм и лимон есть, в графине для любителей крепких напитков есть виски и это все включено в стоимость проживания, отдельного восхищения заслуживает персонал отеля, невероятная забота и готовность помочь во всем, мы ощущали себя, как дома, все советы и рекомендации были на вес золота, ну и завтраки по меню тоже были прекрасны! А расположен отель в самом центре в шаговой доступности от всех основных достопримечательностей и прекрасного парка! Спасибо всем большое за наше волшебное путешествие! Безусловно это лучший отель в Кейптауне!

Brigit was simply amazing .. Martin, the operations manager was too. It’s a luxury gem in the heart of CapeTown. I stayed in the presidential suite and I have no words to describe the excellence of the decor to the hospitality.

Amazing location. Beautiful, comfortable room, but exceptional service from a highly accessible and friendly team was the standout. Thank you Johan, Martijn, Claudine, Bridgett and all the staff. The dinner recommendations and reservations were exactly right and gave us fresh perspectives of the real Cape food experience.

Spacious suite, central location

We spent three nights at Labotessa Hotel, and from the very first moment, our stay felt truly magical. This hotel is something very special, everything was perfect!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine kindness. A staff member took plenty of time to show us around the hotel and carefully explain every detail of our room, making us feel truly valued and at home.

The rooms are absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, elegant, and filled with so much attention to detail that you immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. Nothing is left to chance. Even the bathrooms feature luxurious Diptyque products, adding an extra touch of indulgence. As a wonderful bonus, the hotel also has its own Diptyque boutique, which is a real highlight.

Every single staff member is incredibly attentive, warm, friendly, and helpful. The conversations felt personal and heartfelt and made our stay even more memorable.

Breakfast was simply a dream and exceeded all expectations – beautifully presented, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. The small terrace in front of the hotel is a little green oasis in the middle of the city. Soft, calming music plays in the background, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The location is excellent, with several outstanding restaurants nearby. Uber drivers stop directly in front of the hotel, making it easy and quick to get anywhere.

We can highly recommend this hotel without hesitation!
