Great hotel with swimming pool, very clean with breakfast included
Pros:

I like the fact that the room had air conditioners. It was very clean and breakfast was a bonus.
The whole family enjoyed the swimming pool. I loved the hot tab, but it looked a bit dirty on the bottom.

Good stay near the ferry terminal
Pros:

The hotel was undergoing some renovations in the lobby area. Despite this, the overall condition of the hotel was pretty good. The room itself was very clean with a good view of the harbour area.

Cons:

I had to change my reservation by one day, but unfortunately, even after calling twice, no one was able to help me over the phone. In the end, I had to cancel my original booking and make a new one myself, which was very inconvenient.

I would really appreciate it if there were an option to change or reschedule an existing reservation instead of having to cancel and book again.
