Pros:

Location was convenient. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable enough.

Cons:

The carpets are dirty. The room smelled of mildew and urine.. we think it was because of the dirty air filters in the air conditioning unit… but unsure.

Comfortable big room with pool
Pros:

Nice big and clean room with comfortable bed, indoor pool was good, breakfast was fine.

Cons:

You do need a car to get around, however views were great from room and, restaurant with ample free parking

Staff was really friendly, really liked the girl at the front desk, pool was nice. Bathtub in the room was great. Room was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was really awful. We had a big day ahead of us so were hoping for something substantial, it was such a poor selection.
When we booked the room booking.com had listed the room as pet friendly, but when we arrived the staff told us that the room wasn’t pet friendly but they were going to make an exception. It was an awkward start to our trip and we’d rather booking.com was more accurate.

Convenient place to stay after the ferry ride
Pros:

Perfect location for a stop after the ferry before travelling to Ucluelet. It was also great to have breakfast in the morning - hard boiled eggs, muffins, yogurt, cereal, toast, tea/coffee.

Für eine Nacht und dank der Nähe zur Fähre (Duke Point) in Ordnung.
Pros:

Für eine Nacht vor der Fähre haben wir hier halt gemacht, dafür hat das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für uns gepasst. Es gab genug Parkplätze, einen größeren Pool und einen Whirlpool. Das Frühstück war amerikanisch, aber da umsonst ok.

Cons:

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war nicht so gut. Und im Flur hat es teilweise sehr gemuffelt. Auch waren bei uns im Zimmer die Ecken wirklich schlecht ausgebessert, nur notdürftig verputzt.

Fit for purpose with lovely, helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable, perfect for our needs and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a "serve yourself style" but with lots of options! I took advantage of the pool which was refreshing after a long day of travelling!

Cons:

The only downside is that it feels a bit dated and could do with an "overhaul/refurb" but I can imagine how expensive that would be for a hotel of this size!
