It served our purpose for our vacation
Pros:

Location. Ricky’s restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The wait staff was friendly and prompt.

Cons:

Rm 102 needs black out curtain and shower curtain replaced. Holes in blackout curtain causing light to shine through. Shower smelled of mildew but looked clean. Night noises from nearby businesses. Overall beds and hotel seemed clean.

It was okay. The hotel is definitely well worn.
Cons:

The gentleman who checked us out was having difficulty with the system. After several minutes of trying, (and at the same time answering the phone) he asked a lady staff member to assist him. After a few more minutes of difficulty, they agreed to email me my invoice. A day later, I noticed a charge on my VISA for the room charge and the $200 deposit. I called the hotel and was told that the $200 deposit would be refunded and would show up after the weekend. I also asked them again to email me my invoice. As of today, 5 days later, I have still not received my invoice. Not impressed.

A great place to stay in Nanaimo
Pros:

Great location, lovely room and a very well managed property. They provide the basic essentials for a breakfast.

Cons:

The wifi was a bit flaky

Love the staff, bill should have been closer to $300 for 4 nights but we paid $650
Pros:

The staff was very amazing and friendly

Cons:

Rooms was gross, walls had finger prints all
Over them, we had no mirror, photos or dresser of any kind there were wholes all over where it looked like something use to be there, metal bed frame that stuck out. Uncomfortable beds, pool was way too cold!
They don’t clean this place very well at all. Dead Bugs were on the floor. Greasy walls. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Pros:

It was very comfortable and we were met with a smile and professional manner!

Cons:

The only thing I would say is I found the pillows too soft for myself. They were very nice, just too soft.
