Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and a absolute pleasure to deal with.

Cons:

We couldn’t find an elevator for my mom who has difficulties taking the stairs. We managed though

It was a great location, room was spacious and clean and the restaurant for dinner was great.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok, it came with the room, so I was surprised it was downstairs and the food was very plain but ok.

Cons:

It was just a bit ordinary,the breakfast wasn't very exciting.

Love ❤️ the friendly staff and management of this lovely hotel. They absolute made our stay so very special, when we left it felt like leaving family behind 😢 We'll return in a heartbeat. Our stay was the most pleasurable week of our entire overseas vacation and we are extremely grateful for their exceptional hospitality, warmth and attention to detail. Leo, you have an excellent crew, from the Reception to the Housekeeping, everyone made us so very welcome, what's more, they LOVE what they do and that comes through. Could not recommend Days Inn Nanaimo any more highly! Your Aussie friends 🇦🇺💚💛💚💛

Handy location for our family event.
All of the staff, from front desk to breakfast room, were friendly, helpful, and fabulous.

Cons:

The lobby seemed to be the only space that had been renovated recently. The room and pool area were showing their age.

We will definitely be staying there again. The staff the best.
Pros:

The hot tub was very clean and just the right temp. The pool was too cold for me to use. The breakfast was good just needs bacon. The rooms were well stocked and very clean and comfortable.

Good set up, dirty & poorly executed for price
Pros:

I liked the location and the family friendly bunk bed room set up on the pool floor..

Cons:

It was really dirty, smelled terrible, and had a lot of damage to walls and finishes. Didn’t want to take shoes off inside

Good room, but outside a bit sketch
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Convenient location to ferry terminal.

Cons:

Signs everywhere warning of property theft. Many people hanging out around the outside of the hotel. Had to move my vehicle to a location right outside my window so I could feel okay about it not getting broke into.
