Das Hotel , liegt gleich am Hauptbahnhof und man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alles gut erreichen . Es liegt an

Sehr schöne kleine Zimmer . Alles ordentlich und sauber . Sehr freundliches Personal .

Cons:

Da groß Werbung für das Frühstücksbuffet gemacht wurde, waren wir sehr erstaunt , dass es zurHauptfrühstücks Zeit kein Brot und keine Brötchen mehr gab und der Nachschub auf sich warten lies . Auch das Auffüllen der Angebotsplatten (Wurst , Käse usw.) hat leider auf sich warten lassen .
Dies hat sicherlich mit Personalmangel zu tun .
Wenn alles da war , war es ein gutes Frühstücksangebot .

Good place to stay in a clean, friendly city
Pros:

The location couldn't be faulted, close to the station with quick access to the city centre. It was no problem arriving at 6.30am, either, with the room immediately available for an extra €20 - but necessary after a 22 hour coach trip from London.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was really clean with one of the best showers I've seen in a hotel, too!

Cons:

Not necessarily the fault of the hotel with accommodation in the city in high demand (a European cup football competitionwas taking place), but a few weeks before the stay I'd requested a change from a double room to a twin room which couldn't be granted - obviously due to the high demand for hotel accommodation over that period.

Prime location, perfect.
Pros:

Needed the sofa bed made up and the lady on reception was happy to oblige and had it done within an hour.

Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden !!!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Aus dem Hbf Leipzig raus und in 2 Minuten steht man am Hotel. Das Personal der Rezeption war, genau wie das gesamte Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten, man kann sich gut bewegen ohne direkt irgendwo anzustoßen. Die Vorhänge sind, was wir sonst in anderen Städten und den Hotels vermissen, breit genug um die Fensterfront komplett zu verschließen. Aus diesen Gründen waren wir jetzt das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und werden, wenn wir wieder nach Leipzig fahren, dort auch wieder ein Zimmer buchen.

Cons:

Wenn etwas zu bemängeln wäre dann, dass es keinen Kleiderschrank gibt sondern nur eine Kleiderstange mit 5 Kleiderbügeln und ein Fach um Wäsche abzulegen. Aber für 2 Übernachtungen ist das vollkommen ausreichend und wäre nur bei einem längeren Aufenthalt supoptimal.

Zimmer perfekte Größe, Ausstattung geht etwas besser!
Pros:

Lage, Personal und ein sehr großes Familienzimmer!! Das war für 3 Personen perfekt!

Cons:

Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer!? Der Platz für einen kleinen Tisch mit 3 Stühlen wäre da gewesen, schade.
