Not much
Parking elevators smelled like weed ice machine not working and needs to be on on each floor windows we're dirty shower floor was not clean
The night clerk was not friendly at all, she seem to have a attitude. It didn't say nothing about having to pay to park. Was not impressed with the area with all the drug people walking around the area. The parking garage had water dripping. It did feel safe

The size of the room was nice .. the bed was very comfortable
The parking under ground was confusing but we made it work lol the signs were point one way the other cars were going the opposite but no wreck so it was cool
The drink
The front desk staff was very rude and did not support me as a handicap. Also I requested the 1st or floor handicap room.e
The property is beautiful and clean!
Staff : one was super low voice couldn’t understand and didn’t really know how to answer questions, second one was rude she was to busy to help and give us full attention there was a 3rd gentleman super helpful sweet.
Communication: booking does not say anything about being prepared to pay for parking $20 dollars a day. POOL: a sign said out of order but turns out they just opening at 5 , my kid started a pissy party when they saw people coming out the pool when we tried to go it said out of service for maintenance

Property was not cleaned and there were ants in the bed that my daughter and I slept in.
The staff were all fantastic. The size of the room was very good.
The hotel is definitely showing its age and really needs a complete renovation. What is there is "clean" but everything is old and dated. It is not up to standards of other Embassy Suites.

The staff was nice enough. Loved the pillows! No extra blankets for the “guest bed” though.
This facility seemed much older and is in dire need of some upgrades. We’ve stayed at Embassy Suites at other locations before and this one felt very *musty* at best and that’s putting it nicely. Also, there no way to take a bath, (no plug or mechanism to plug) which is very inconvenient having a toddler. The tv had like 20 channels and the WiFi was a pain. We wanted to like it here, and while my kid definitely loved it, we won’t be returning to this location.
