The hotel was exceptional, the pool area was nice, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.
The black female receptionist with the dreads was very unprofessional. And the white guy had to step in and handled the situation; The white guy was exceptional.

I have never experienced this before, but on this particular stay ….i heard a tap at my door. My girlfriend was in the bathroom,so I thought it may have been her. The tap kept happening . Few moments later one of the housekeepers unlocked my room door and told me “check out is at 11” . Im confused and quiet angry because im changing my clothes and you walked in WHILE im changing. I already know checkout is at 11. Its a few minutes after 9am, i still have atleast a 1hr & a half. I forgot to mention this to the front desk or atleast someone of management
The suite was nice.
Thermostat didn't work and our room was freezing cold. The room temperature was 59 degrees. Also, there was no body wash. Very disappointing.
Stayed in this hotel for one night only for a softball tournament. The hotel was disgusting. My two year-old ended up with bedbugs. I would not recommend staying here.

Adults not telling their 12 or 13yrs children not to be running in hotel nice as Embassy hotel.
We are a loyal Embassy family, but this stay was a disaster. After changing rooms twice, we were downgraded from the king room with a kitchenette that we actually booked to a queen room without one—and that final room still had a leak! Between the room downgrades, the paper-thin pillows, and housekeeping knocking before checkout, this was an incredibly frustrating experience.
Overall experience should have been better.
