Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North

Beautiful atmosphere with a warm and friendly staff, made us feel comfortable and well received. Exceptional service performed by all staff that clearly loved what they did. I would recommend this wonderful stay to all who may be considering it.

I can’t express enough gratitude to Tynecia and especially Akeera for their genuine hospitality during our weeklong stay here. We had a business meeting and needed to be in that area.

We didn’t want to be “those annoying guests” who keep texting with questions, but we did indeed have several needs - a jammed closet door hinge, towel replacements, business documents to be printed, extra pillows and linens for the sofa bed, etc. These two ladies responded not only promptly every single time, but they did it with such cheerful dispositions. Honestly, every hotel should have a Tynecia and an Akeera. Seriously. They remembered my family as we walked in and out of the lobby daily. That made us feel at home. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

On another note, I must be completely honest with my review - good and bad. We had a suite with a sunset view of Cranes Roost, which was lovely even though the doors don’t open out to Juliet balcony. The daily mile-long walk around that area was also pleasant with plenty of dining options. The evening managers’ reception and breakfast buffet were standard staples to be expected for the brand. The staff was diligent and responsive.

However, the bathroom in our room itself was so narrow and tight that even my little boy had to strategically shimmy himself around the door to get inside. The sealant around the shower/tub door was old and filthy. The air vent above our bedroom space was exposed and rather moldy. The engineer who came to our room to fix the jammed closet door was fast and friendly, but he even apologized for the “normal wear-and-tear.” It looks like some effort was made to give the space some fresh paint, but the property is definitely showing its age.

For its value and location, this property served its purpose overall. The service was consistently warm and welcoming, and that’s what kept us there the whole week. It was not an entirely bad experience. However, we might not return unless there’s a guarantee the rooms will be completely updated.

So to start we met Nathan at the front desk he has a legit phenomenal attitude and customer service personality. He was so fun to talk to and made it so personable for myself and my fiancé. Then walking into the lobby area the atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous! We didn’t get to stay long because we had to leave by 5am. But we will absolutely be coming back to the hotel and we highly recommend! Also the room was soooooooo clean and nice. Very comfortable and the bed felt so good. We had a 18 hour drive the next day and definitely got some well needed rest.

I love staying at the various Hilton properties and I consider Embassy on the higher end of fancy. For special occasions - the atrium, the water fountain, the setup of the suite and your own omelet. This location was friendly and clean. My surprise was with the paper napkins, that is not special. A silly thing I know.

location was great, just a few minutes away from the Altamonte mall where i was doing work at. Room was spacious and clean with a quiet atmosphere.
Only con-they are charging to park $10 per day for parking spaces already designated onsite for the hotel.

The whole experience was there. I enjoyed every moment of my time there. I look forward to returning in the near future.

Rooms are very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The housekeeper that cleaned my room (Claudia) did a excellent job.

The room was nice and clean, but the room was located directly next to the air conditioning units (or something else on a roof adjacent to the room. The view was of that roof. I'm not too picky about the view, but it was a little loud. The bed was also pretty hard.

Love the setting and atmosphere of the hotel. We will be staying again.

The gym and breakfast were amazing but the room itself felt dirty. The tub did not drain well. Water would back up to my shin while showering. Each person had to wait atleast 10min for the water to drain after the previous person showered.

The breakfast was phenomenal and managers reception was very nice nightly and such thoughtful gesture for the guests.
