Expected better with the price. Beautiful location, short walk away from amazing spots.
Pros:

Check-in was smooth, and the valet parked the van okay. Although we did see other guests receive a drink while we were left with none. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The spa was the reason why we booked it after two days on the road. Was really let down by the showers; they stank of sulphur and made me feel very dirty...

Preis/Leistung nicht zufriedenstellend

Das Hotel Adlon Kempinski ist ein sehr schönes Hotel und es gibt eigentlich nicht viel zu beanstanden. Wenn man aber bedenkt, dass es der Vereinigung "The Leading Hotels of the World" angehört, verspricht man sich doch etwas mehr. Es ist nicht vergleichbar mit anderen Hotels, die dieser Vereinigung angehören. Es hebt sich auch nicht sonderlich von anderen 5 Sterne Hotels ab und ist somit den Preis nicht wert, um es nochmal zu besuchen.

Cons:

Ich habe extra ein veganes Frühstück angefragt.
Es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass beim Frühstücksbuffet alles deklariert sei. Leider war fast gar nichts deklariert. Weder bei den Brötchen, noch beim Gebäck. Eigentlich lediglich Margarine und Marmelade waren als vegan beschriftet.
Auf Anfrage vor Ort hat man mir mitgeteilt, dass es gar kein veganes Gebäck gebe. Das hätte ich bei so einem renommierten Hotel nicht erwartet und ist auch in der heutigen Zeit sehr schade. Es gab jedoch zumindest auf Bestellung veganen Brotbelag. Dieser war auch sehr lecker. Trotzdem sollte das Hotel mit der Zeit gehen, die Lebensmittel am Buffet kennzeichnen und mehr vegane Auswahl anbieten.
Im kleinen Spa war es durch Familien mit Kindern sehr unruhig. Leider wurde dazu nichts gesagt.
Die Kellner in der Lobby sind teilweise nicht aufmerksam.
