Bardzo ładna strefa spa.
Smaczne śniadania i obiady w restauracji.

Cons:

Pokoje bardzo małe i bez klimatyzacji. Brak sprzątania pokoi, po tym jak poprosiłam o wymianę ręczników nikt nie przyszedł - ostatecznie sama po nie poszłam. Brak dodatkowych ręczników które można zabrać na kąpielisko. Brak obsługi w spa, ani razu podczas naszego korzystania nikt nie przyszedł sprawdzić czy wszystko ok, sauny nie były gotowe o 16:00 (a spa czynne tylko 5h dziennie), na ścianach jacuzzi brud. Wszystko dodatkowo płatne, nawet leżaki dla gości hotelowych. Dodatkowo obsługa wpuszcza sporo osób z zewnątrz, przez co robi się tłoczno i gwarno w strefie plażowej.
Cena nieadekwatna do standardu, lokalizacji i udogodnień.

Schöne Lage, toller See, aber beim Service gibt es noch viel zu lernen

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen in direkter Umgebung eines Waldes und an zwei Seen. Das Gebäude ist ansprechend, es gibt ein schönes Restaurant und Möglichkeiten, draußen zu sitzen. Sehr schön ist der moderne Spa-Bereich. Das Zimmer hatte außerdem eine schöne Außenterrasse, auf der man entspannen konnte. Ideal ist das Hotel für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die hier viele Spielmöglichkeiten und einen Badesee vorfinden. Das Personal war freundlich, und es bestand die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder zu mieten.

Cons:

Bestellt hatte ich über Booking ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Bekommen habe ich leider ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. So nett die rustikale Holz-Einrichtung aussieht - was nützt sie, wenn die Betten bei jeder Bewegung laut knarren und man jedesmal aufwacht, sobald man sich umdreht? Das Hotel ist insgesamt hellhörig. Jede Bewegung auf dem Gang war zu hören, sogar die Gespräche an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück war bis 10:00 Uhr angesetzt. Jedesmal, wenn wir um 9:30 Uhr zum Frühstück kamen, war das Buffet allerdings buchstäblich leergefegt, und es wurde nicht oder nur sehr zögerlich nachgelegt. Um fünf nach zehn wurde dafür umso bestimmter alles abgeräumt und auch die Kaffeemaschine ausgeschaltet. Es gab Fahrräder zu mieten, aber niemand hatte eine Luftpumpe oder Werkzeuge, um die Fahrräder zu verstellen.

Obsługa, zwłaszcza w jadalni. Nie wiadomo dlaczego nagle stali się niemili. Na jedzenie musieliśmy czekać nienaturalnie długo. Także musieliśmy nadzwyczaj długo cekać na rachunek. Jak się jest z małym dzieckiem staje się to uciążliwe. Nie odpocząłem tak jak mógł bym, głównie przez głupie gierki obsługi.
