This hotel was a great hotel. Continental Breakfast was good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Kids really loved the 6-pod room. Hotel was clean and comfortable, and had a really nice breakfast. We stayed in 6 hotels during 3 weeks in England, France, and Germany and this was the best one.
I would really love to give this hotel a 5 star review, there is so much going for it. It’s modern, it’s clean, the rooms are spacious, it’s on a good location and the staff are super friendly however as a hotel that is marketed as family friends it is missing some key fundamental things. There are no fridges in the rooms, for any family with small children this is a must. There is no easy access to cold water without constantly asking or buying bottled water. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have any small children friendly foods, glasses, crockery or cutlery. The highchairs are the wooden style which are horrible and dangerous for babies (6months - 1year). The ‘toys’ available in the rooms were not age appropriate for my children, 7months and 3years. If you are going to claim to be family friendly you have to cover all the basics. I felt a little let down on the family friendly front.
I loved everything about this hotel!! Super clean and spacious. Had a 🛀 and shower. They had the best breakfast with my favorite green 🍵, eggs, cereals, fruits, juices, bread bar, healthy seeds, and yogurt. We will definitely comeback here again!! They also had lots of kids book and board games

Exceptional. I’ve stayed all over the World. This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was very quiet- despite being very busy. Would highly recommend. Great parking- quick walk to City underground train.

We as 5 Australians travelling to Munich for the first time, we found the language barrier and rudeness of the locals difficult to communicate however, all the staff here are very friendly and the whole place has a nice laid back atmosphere.

The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good choice. There was a kettle in the bedroom no tea bags or coffee on offer. These had to be purchased at Reception. Often these are offered gratis with the room. But overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel
