The entire staffing, from the door to the reception, absolutely every where were simply awesome ! Very helpful too and the hotel ambiance was excellent. We were there for a couple of weeks and not once did we have a negative experience. Not once.
Honestly can't say anything - nothing was not to my liking
The location was perfect and the staff amazing. Was very convenient to everything. Room was comfortable enough and had a great view of the twin towers. Shower was nice too with good water pressure and door did not leak everywhere. Toilet has hygiene gun also which is very good although pressure is on higher side (if you know you know :-) )
Walls are thin and can hear noise from other rooms, outside. If next room is showering at 1am you can hear it. Breakfast was underwhelming, very much like a feeding frenzy and high volume of people even at 630am. Variety of people from all regions of the globe wandering through the layout aimlessly, turns getting back to your table an obstacle course at best. Variety was much more suited to Asian cuisine than international also. Overall would not stay here again based on breakfast experience and noise from other guests.

People from reception let stranger to extend my room without asking me, and they gave keys from my room without asking me so the stranger came to my room and opened door, I asked and said to not give keys to him but he said it’s not our problems. Very disappointed of reception.
