Excellent location, staff and facilities. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

Voor hilers prima plekom te zitten in plaats van op en neer racen vanuit Ubud

Prachtig uitzicht over het meer
Vriendelijke maar slecht engels sprekende receptie. Wel heel behulpzaam en regelde zo een betaslbare prive hike de vulkaan op, in de middag bij zonsondergang

Lyxigt hotell med hög servicegrad. Undebar poolområde och nära till mycket.
Pros:

Undebart poolområde med sol hela dagen och bra solstolar med parasoller. Olika avdelningar med mat/fika/snacks att beställa hela dagen.
Nära till sevärdheterna och perfekt placerad.
Lummig trädgård att springa i på morgon eller kväll.
Lugna frukostsittningar med fantastisk frukost.

Eines der besten Hotels, die wir je gehabt haben.
Pros:

Von der Begrüßung bis zu Verabschiedung war der Service erstklassig. Wünsche wurden erfüllt, das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Es wurde nach der Abflugzeit gefragt und ohne Mehrkosten ein Late-CheckOut angeboten. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage und Sicht direkt bei den TwinTowers ist hervorragend.

Luxurious surroundings with very attentive staff! 1st Class!
Pros:

Staff as always are fantastic and very attentive. There is a standard of service at the MO in KL that you feel they strive to meet and dont deviate from. In particular being walked to the elevator by a member off staff (I assume as part of a specific room rate), how you are greeted at the door and how you are greeted around the hotel premises. It is very elegant and driven by customer service being at the core of everything they set out to do!

Excellent service, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and very attentive staff. The hotel has a warm, elegant atmosphere and the attention to detail was impressive. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely return!

Cons:

The spa feels a little cold and could be more inviting. Housekeeping was good, but sugar, creamer and tea bags should be replenished more consistently.
