Amazing Mandarin Hotel in Kuala Lumpur ♥️
Pros:

All I can say is absolutely perfect 👌 everything. Me and my wife love it . Thanks as well to the staff very polite and accommodating especially Ms. Yukiko Saito. And the buffet breakfast delicious 😘😋 Highly recommended 👌 🥰♥️ Thank you so very much ♥️

I think this is my fourth time stayed and will definitely come back again.
Pros:

Location was exceptionally very good and convenience and room are clean and well maintain. Breakfast can be improved by adding more traditional malay and nyoya kueh. Breakfast area is a little bit small especially between the dinners tables and breakfast counters where movement space can be an issue when crowded in my opinion.

緑と夜景の両方が楽しめます
Pros:

質の高いサービスとタワーや公園を臨むロケーション。寝具も気持ちよかったです。また朝食は選べきれないくらいライブキッチンがあり毎朝の楽しみでした。プールからの景観も緑とビル群のコントラストでアジアの都市にいると実感できます。

Cons:

どうしても設備の一部は古さは感じます。
が、それも含めクラシックスタイルを楽しむのが吉。
朝食時のスタッフの配備が日によってばらつきがあり、ファーストオーダーのドリンクの間違いや頼んでもしばらく来ない日がありました。

Best hotel stay in all our years and travels - the staff are perfect that you don’t want to leave.
Pros:

This property is perfect!! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the facilities are first class, and the staff are the best we have ever witnessed - so caring and helpful. The staff are always so polite, welcoming, and always willing to assist in any way. We had a three night stay at the hotel on our way back home to Australia after being in Europe for a month and it was a perfect way to reset our body clocks and just relax. We arranged an airport transfer through the hotel, and on arriving at the portico of the hotel Sarah from the Mandarin Oriental lounge was waiting there to welcome us to the hotel. Sarah gave us a detailed and very helpful introduction to the hotel and our suite, and during our stay she seemed always available to help us with any questions we had. We also were made feel so welcome at the hotel by Mohana, and she made us feel like true guests of the hotel, not just paying visitors. Having stayed at a LOT of hotels from big chains previously, we are convinced that the Mandarin is the best we have experienced and a lot of those other famous chains should learn from the excellence of the Mandarin KL.
