Yöpyminen Käpylän Finlandia Park Hotellissa oli minlle ja vaimolleni erittäin positiivinen kokemus!

Aamiainen oli erityisen hyvä ja monipuolinen.
Oli myös mukava huomata erittäin harvoin näkemäni käytäntönne ruokahävikin poistamiseksi. Aamiaispöydissä oli nähtävillä ilmoituksenne, että peritte lisämaksua liikaa lautaselle lastatusta ruoan määrästä, joka päätyy ruokahävikiksi. Erinomainen käytäntö! Siitä erityiskiitos Käpylän Finland Park Hotellille!

Siisti, sopiva koko huone sängyn ja pöydän kanssa, hyvä aamiainen, hyvä paikka alueella.

Cons:

Suihku tilasta menee vesi ulkopuolelle suihkutilan suunnitellun mukaan. Se oli vähän harmittava kun vesi jäi suihkun jälkeen ulkopuolella ja piti kuivata pyyhellä.

Although the reception is not available after 10 PM, I would like to highlight the efficiency and professionalism of the hotel staff during emergencies. Based on my personal experience, their support was exceptional.My children accidentally left their room key inside and were unable to enter again. At such a late hour, we thought it would be impossible to reach anyone, especially after arriving tired and expecting to rest. With five people and only one room available, we were genuinely worried.However, once we contacted the emergency numbers, the coordination was quick and reassuring. The team guided us step by step over the phone, and the room door was opened smoothly after a simple procedure. Their responsiveness late at night made a huge difference and turned a stressful situation into a solved one.This experience reflects how reliable and supportive the staff truly are, even outside regular working hours.
