Breakfast was fully stocked and the staff did a fabulous job of asking if anyone needed anything before they shut down the kitchen.
The water pressure was very low and the showers are hard to wash children in with said water pressure.
I was not able to stay as online it stated pets were welcome and showed up to check in and cats were not allowed so I am demanding a refund.
That online they accept cats and at check-in after a 14 hr drive I was searching for a place to stay for my family of 5 and my pets. Very unprofessional and will absolutely never use booking again!!!!
Hotel was clean close to shopping areas. Crew was okay.

The customer service was excellent, specially Shannon at the front desk. She responded to my requests right away. Everything inside looked clean and new. We had lots of pillows. The kitchenette is useful. The good size bathroom had really good lighting.
The breakfast could have been better. The offerings were high sugar/hi carb. The only fresh fruit were tiny apples and bananas. The only milk was 2%. The only oatmeal had a high amount of sugar. The kitchen sink faucet was loose and poured the water outside the sink. The outside sitting areas could use some TLC. The AC was noisy when it cycled on/off.
The room was cold. The location was perfect for a quick finishing moment and great for the beach. HEB was right there and we found a nice space for eating. Breakfast was super. Just great value for the price. We will be back. Super clean. Modern. It looked just like the pictures.
Very clean and new looking. Loved the soaps in the room; also liked the kitchen - not the typical little frig, but a good size one! Also had a stove and oven along with the usual microwave and coffee maker. Typical breakfast - liked most of it (the eggs were the only exception - powdered? Not good).
Thin walls/floors(?) the people above us sounded like they were stomping when they walked across the floor, and this was late into the night(?); also had some loud people in another room and their voices carried into ours

A safety bar beside the toilet would have been nice. It would have helped people who have balance issues to stand. Also a pull down seat in the shower would help those who have balance issues.
