The fact that there’s roaches in the rooms microwaves don’t work in anytime I asked for the manager I never got a answer

A part of the mattress was crushed on the edge and the door was hard to open. It was still a good value for the price.

Grossest hotel ever. Entire place rinks of dogs & dog piss. No cable. No blankets. No toilet paper. Poop was left in the toilet. Absolutely disgusting. Need to shut this hotel down
The room was clean. That's about it. The hallway was filthy, didn't look like it has been vacuumed lately at all. Noisy and smelly, not pleasant. Paid in advance - but still had to leave a deposit? Never heard of such a thing! Only a sheet and a thin bedcover, had to request a blanket for my bride. No elevator, and my bride had to walk upstairs with her disability.
It was our wedding night, I requested extra pillows in advance, as well as extra towels, and received neither, I had to go to the front desk and request them again; toilet seat broken; the heat was not on, the room was cold, and took a while to warm up; television remote control was difficult to operate; no hangers in the closet; no pots, pans, plates, glasses or flatware; no plastic cups,; no ice machine; broken toilet paper holder and only half a roll of toilet paper; killed a cockroach; unable to run a bath, so stopper in tub; etc. My bride was quite unhappy. It did NOT meet our expectations in any way.

The convince to a different hotel we had a conference at.
Where to start. First the room did not look anything like the photos ( the whole reason I booked the room). The room was still under construction (which would have been nice to know). We get there and are told that there is no smoking, which is fine none of my party smokes but the whole building smells like cigarettes. There was a cockroach in our room. There wasn't a comforter on the bed. The pillows were so flat.
Location of hotel was good and very convenient.
Arrived and had to wait 45 minutes because room was not ready. Room had no pillows on bed. Bad odor throughout the hotel, also staff tried to enter room at 1 am in the morning for no reason. Could have been random person with pass key, they were trying to enter all rooms on that floor with no explanation.
Roaches everywhere‼️ Sockets didn't work. Lines were dirty. Toilet had a leak. Mirror had a bullet hole. Window wouldn't close
