Desde a receptionist com mal cheiro, atendente não Preston nenhuma ajuda, o quarto media e as coisas eram velhas, o corredor haviam criancas tarde da noite correndo e fazendo barulho. Pessimo, elevator e outras areas internal midas e ainda com agua pelo chão...

Also Sherise was very short in answering my question and rude
Cons:

When I first checked in the toilet did not flush I told the lady at the front desk Sherise she came to my room and lifted the commode top and said the chain had come off inside the tank she left. The next couple of flush it still would not flush I was so frustrated so me and guest had to continually lift the commode top put our hands in the commode and flush the toilet that way when all Sherise had to do was relocate us to another room with a working toilet

The location is great

Cons:

It had roaches dead and alive , it smelled , the stove was dirty , the couch was dirty , the mattress on the sofa bed was stained and dirty horrible experience.

I wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The location. The staff member at the front desk, dark skinned, locs, she was very pleasant and sweet.

Cons:

The hallways smelled bad, the headboard had a hole in it, the room door looked like it was previously kicked in because you could see the damage and it wouldn’t close all the way without giving it an extra push. One staff member in particular, bigger woman at the front desk, very rude with a nasty attitude. Got a refund and left because of her.

If your flight is coming in late, don’t book if you land after midnigh.
Pros:

The desk agent was very apologetic and had great customer service.

Cons:

When I arrived which was almost 1am, I couldn’t get check in as their night audit had already started. Even though I specifically told the property I was landing after midnight.

Pros:

I like recliner is very good
Staff is fine, location is alright, breakfast is fine. Kitchen and room is old but alright.

Cons:

Everything is so old and neglected. If you ask me if i stay there again, i answer only if the price is much cheaper than in similar hotels.
