Tồi tệ vì lưu trú ở D’qua
Pros:

Đây là lần thứ 2 mình đến lưu trú tại khách sạn, ban đầu mình khá hài lòng về anh lễ tân người tròn tròn, anh rất vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Có đồ ăn sáng.

Cons:

Mình ở phòng 702 nước toilet yếu vô cùng không thể dội hết sau mỗi lần đi vệ sinh, phải dội 2 3 lần. HK không dọn phòng lúc nhà mình ra ngoài buổi sáng mà dọn vào buổi trưa lúc con mình đang ngủ nên mình yêu cầu không dọn, vì vậy nên hết giấy vệ sinh mình có liên lệ 1 anh HK xin giấy từ tối nhưng đến sáng hôm sau vẫn không ai cho phòng mình giấy. Nhưng mọi việc mình có thể bỏ qua nhưng lúc trả phòng, kiểm phòng thì lễ tân báo phòng mình thiếu 1 đôi dép, mình mới nhờ lễ tân nói HK xem hộ mình có khi bị đá dưới gầm giường hoặc kiểm giùm mình bên phòng 720 ( cũng là phòng của gđ mình) xem có bị nhầm qua không thì 1 lúc sau lễ tân báo vẫn không có và họ khẳng định gia đình mình làm mất 1 đôi dép, vì nhà mình không có dùng dép khách sạn ra ngoài nên chắc chắn không thể làm mất thì bên ks vẫn chắc chắn nhà mình đi đâu để quên với thái độ rất kì cục, lúc đó mình mới xin khoá phòng lên phòng tìm thì thấy ở ngay gầm giường. Vậy tại sao lúc đó mình nhờ xem ở gầm giường thì khẳng định không có. Nhưng đến lúc đó gđ mình ko hề nhận đc 1 lời xin lỗi nào. Đi về 1 lúc nhà mình phát hiện để quên lại 1 đôi giày ở phòng 720 nhưng lúc kiểm phòng lại ko thấy báo, mất đôi dép bắt đền liền nhưng khách quên giày lại không thấy báo. Đây cũng là lần cuối mình đến ở khách sạn này.

Phòng ốc rộng rãi, nhân viên siêu dễ thương, bể bơi và bar trên tầng thượng rất chill và đồ ăn sáng đa dạng và ngon. Đối với gia đình có con nhỏ thì khu vui chơi của ks cũng là một điểm cộng.

Pros:

Отличные завтраки. Неплохое расположение: до моря пешком минут 15. Также был бесплатный трансфер от отеля до пляжа с шезлонгами от отеля.
Вокруг отеля масса кафе, где можно вкусно поесть. Магазинчики, где можно купить воду и другое. Крупный торговый центр на первой линии тоже рядом. И рынок Чо Дам недалеко.
Лифтов несколько, практически всегда свободные, поднимались и опускались быстро.
Кровати и матрасы удобные, шторы блэкаут.
Есть двухкомнатные семейные номера! Что встречается далеко не в каждом отеле.
Персонал отеля на ресепшене был внимательным и старался исполнить любую просьбу.

Cons:

Не понравилась ванна-туалет (совмещенные). Очень не продумано всё. Когда принимаешь душ, то, как ни стараешься, но вода всё равно льется на пол. И пол становится скользким.
Большое окно зачем-то между ванной и спальней. Если ночью один идет в туалет и включает свет, этот свет из окна падает на кровать и будит того, кто остался в кровати. Да и сидеть на унитазе или мыться в душе перед большим окном тоже мало кто захочет.
Туалетная бумага висит слева сзади, так что нужно загибать руку за спину, чтобы дотянуться до неё.
Совершенно нет мест для сушки купальников! Хотя есть балкон. Пристраивали их куда могли (раскладывали перед телевизором).
На крыше был ремонт, так что к бассейну поднялись один раз и больше туда не ходили.
Уборку не проводили. Мы подвинули прикроватную тумбочку, чтобы было удобнее. На её месте клубилась пыль и валялись пакеты и обертки от бывших постояльцев. И никто это не убрал во время очередной уборки! Хотя с уборкой приходили. Пришлось нам самим это делать, вернувшись вечером с прогулки. Т.е. пол не моют ВООБЩЕ и даже не подметают его.

Pros:

Отель немного уставший, в ванной комнате не идеальная чистота, но персонал очень старается, уборка каждый день, смена постельного и полотенец ежедневно, также каждый день вода, чай, кофе в номер, виды с бассейна шикарные, были негативные отзывы про завтрак, но нам завтраки очень понравились, много фруктов, зелени, мясо, курица, яйца и много еще чего, если Вы решили остановиться в данном отеле не пожалеете! Пляж 10 минут от отеля, рядом есть кофейня и супермаркет.

Nice and elegant hotel
Pros:

The room was very clean and big. The bathroom was huge and well organised in to sections. The staff very friendly and profesionist. We liked it very much.

Cons:

The rooftop pool and bar area wasn't finished. We thought we can drink a coffee there but we couldn't. It was noisy because of the workings. When it will be ready probably it will be very nice.
