Service
8.2
Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful, with good attention; some guests note language barriers or a few less-welcoming interactions, but overall service is positive.
Location
9
Consistently praised as excellent — ideal for Dotonbori/Glico/Donki, extremely central, safe at night and very convenient for nightlife, shopping and dining.

Mixed: comfortable mattresses and adequate room features reported, but rooms are small (typical for the area), occasional musty smells, limited pillows, fridge/exhaust problems and some dated aspects noted.

Several guests call it good value or high CP (price-performance), noting the excellent location and cleanliness relative to price — overall perceived as a good deal.

Emplacement absolument parfait juste à côté du fameux canal. Très bel hôtel.
Pros:

No volvería.

Cons:

Atención. Iluminación de la habitación. Limpieza.

Hotel was comfy to sleep, a few steps to Donqui & shopping mall & food!
Pros:

Very near shopping & foodies & a few steps to Donqui!

Cons:

Some of the staff were not friendly & accommodating. There was no coffee things in the room except the water kettle. It was s no smoking hotel, but the room across smelled of cigarette smoke when they opened the door. I wish that there would be a smoking spot outside for hotel guests.

Pros:

Pulizia e posizione sono impeccabili

Cons:
