Please note that for the apartment reservations, the cleaning service is carried out every 4 days, you will have to schedule it taking into account that this generates an additional charge.

The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except holidays).
Every Monday (except holidays, when it is closed on Tuesday), the pool is closed for cleaning and maintenance.

Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Parfait pour découvrir Cali et prendre des cours de salsa dans le quartier

Localisation idéale en plein cœur du quartier de San Antonio, des activités organisées tous les jours, on est informés de tout via un groupe WhatsApp et les personnes qui y travaillent sont super agréables et toujours prêtes à aider si besoin 💃🏻

Sympa, quartier tranquille, les installations sont top (clim, lits agréables avec une lumière etc), petit-déjeuner ok, personnel arrangeant

Le bruit. Quelle horreur. J’ai fait beaucoup d’hostels dans ma vie et en Colombie et c’était ma pire expérience. J’ai jamais vu des gens aussi irrespectueux que dans ma chambre ce soir-là. J’ai clairement détesté mon séjour

Es un sitio muy acogedor, con un servicio muy respetuoso y amable y un horario lleno de actividades por si quieres conocern a genten! Juanda nos recibió con los brazos abiertos y dispuesto a hacernos un city tour y Karen y Kevin muy atentos y amables.

WARNING: Severe safety and harassment issues. Avoid this place.
A staff member named Juanda yelled at our group of four at 1 AM, claiming we signed a contract "not to speak," and threatened to kick us out and fine us. I had to record his threats as legal evidence.
Following this, he targeted me exclusively—demanding my name to charge me fake fines while ignoring my friends (I have video proof of this). Most alarmingly, he then stalked me around the premises, actively tracking me to find out which room I was staying in.
Having stayed in nearly 35 hostels worldwide, this is by far the worst and most unsafe experience I’ve ever had. Being harassed and stalked by staff in the middle of the night is completely unacceptable. I am documenting this for my social media, and this horrific experience in Colombia will definitely be shared.
