Alt veldig bra, stedet hadde «det lille ekstra»!
Pros:

Hyggelige lokaler med atmosfære, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale, god mat og stort og fint rom. Alt veldig bra!

Gutes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal!

Cons:

Die Pub Gäste feierten im Freien weiter bis 1/2 4. Die Fenster waren zwar schalldicht, ich schlafe aber gerne bei offenem Fenster, das war da lange nicht möglich.

Exceptional Service – Zachary is a Star!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay here, but the absolute highlight was the service provided by Zachary. He truly went above and beyond to make our trip easier. Despite not being a local himself, he was incredibly helpful with planning our routes out of Båtsfjord and even went out of his way to introduce me to some of the locals.
On top of the great advice, he physically helped us with our luggage, carrying our cases up and down the stairs without hesitation. It is rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and proactive. Zachary made our visit feel personal and seamless—he is a huge asset to this hotel!

Hotellin sivuilla ei ollut lainkaan informaatiota siitä, että pääsiäisen alla jo keskiviikkona ei ole mitään palveluita mm. ravintola ja reception olivat kiinni saapuessamme n. Klo 17.00.

Tolle Natur ganz im Norden
Pros:

Wir konnten kurzfristig auf ein günstigeres Economyzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad wechseln. Dieses hat uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Frühstück hat eine sehr große Auswahl, zu unserer Zeit waren allerdings fast keine anderen Touristen im Hotel, sodass uns die Auswahl etwas komisch vorkommt. Entweder muss sehr viel weggeworfen werden oder das Buffet ist nicht so frisch.
