Pros:

Wir haben richtig gut geschlafen und hatten den Pool mehrmals für uns alleine. Frühstück war fantastisch. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Hotel ma bardzo dobre położenie tuż obok parku i domu zdrojowego jak również tuż obok szlaków turystycznych i 20 minut spacerem od dworca PKP. Pokój ma odpowiednią wielkość i jest wygodny w użytkowaniu. Dobra jakość WiFi. Śniadania bardzo zróżnicowane, wiele opcji na ciepło i zimno, wszystko smaczne i świeże. Personel miły i uprzejmy, zawsze gotowy do pomocy. Dobre zaplecze spa z basenem i sauną. Można przyjechać z psem (opłata 40 zł za dobę) i pies może towarzyszyć podczas posiłków. Za to ogromny plus!!! Na spokojnie mogę polecić ten hotel jak bardzo dobra opcję noclegu w Świeradowie.

Cons:

Przez 4 dni pobytu niestety pokój nie został posprzątany ani razu i to pomimo tego, że był do niego dostęp (tylko woda była uzupełniania). Choć balkon to fajna opcja to jednak brak izolacji akustycznej powodował brak komfortu przy głośnych rozmowach sąsiadów. Szkoda, że restauracja nie jest czynna dłużej. W pewnych miejscach widać zużycie wyposażenia czy samego obiektu, ale nie przeszkadza to bardzo.

Było super, jestem zachęcony, aby wrócić do tego miejsca.
Pros:

Śniadania zaspokoiły moje oczekiwania, kawa była super. Hotel czysty, obsługa hotelowa bardzo uprzejma.

Lepsze światło w łazience, trochę za słabe żarówki.

Bardzo przestronny apartament ,czysta i nowa łazienka , wszędzie blisko i piękny park w zasięgu ręki..Miła obsługa, chętna do udzielenia pomocy . Hotel akceptującu zwierzęta i bez żadnych dodatkowych opłat . Co jest dla mnie ważne .

Szkoda, że tak krótko
