Une arrivée en pleine nuit parfaitement organisée
Pros:

Très bonne expérience, surtout pour une arrivée en pleine nuit à Bichkek. L’hôtel m’avait organisé un chauffeur directement depuis l’aéroport et tout s’est déroulé très facilement. Je suis arrivé vers 4h du matin et la réception ouverte 24h/24 m’a permis de faire le check-in immédiatement. Le personnel était accueillant et m’a directement accompagné jusqu’à ma chambre. C’est vraiment appréciable de pouvoir arriver dans une ville qu’on ne connaît pas, en pleine nuit, sans avoir à se soucier du transport ou du check-in. La chambre était calme, confortable et bien équipée. Tout était simple, efficace et très fluide du début à la fin.

Cons:

Rien de particulier à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé.

Pros:

The staff speaks english! The room was comfortable, the bed too. The bathroom is nice too, and the price is reasonable.

Cons:

The breakfast is served around 9 (or 8, I can't remember), too late to get the first bus to Ala Archa in any way! Not that it is a big problem, just something to note if your plan involves going to Ala Archa at the earliest time.

Bardzo udany pobyt.
Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel z przemiłą obsługą i pysznymi śniadaniami. Kawa z ekspresu i herbata dostępne całodobowo. Obok hotelu dużo sklepów i miejsc, gdzie można zjeść. Krótki spacer do centrum miasta. Zatrzymaliśmy się w tym hotelu dwa razy i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Pros:

Nice hotel, clean rooms and great location. I want to give a special thank you to Matina at the reception who was very polite and helpful. She made our stay comfortable as I was a bit sick and that shows high professionalism.

A great small hotel
Pros:

This hotel has a good location walkable distance to many places of interest restaurants etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was a good size very clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast too.
