Perfect
Pros:

Location was excellent and staff were so nice. Very accommodating to our early arrival due to early flights. They even arranged the taxi!

Hotel was perfect to rest and prepare for our trek.

A pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel receptionist spoke good English and helped us find places to go and see. The internet worked well. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

Our friends that were booked on the same reservation had to wait for the breakfast because there were not enough tables available. The breakfast was good though.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré avec une proposition à la carte plutôt qu'une formule imposée qui ne convient pas à tous.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur entre le RDC et le 1er étage.

Особенно понравился персонал , девушка Тахмина ,< сразу извиняюсь если не правильно написал имя >,была просто на высоте я не понимаю как можно успевать все , просто было очень много туристов и она каждому смогла уделить внимание , я в в данном отели останавливаюсь постоянно очень нравиться все

Average stay, uncomfortable beds, but good location
Pros:

Golden Hotel is a moderate walking distance from the main sites of Bishkek. The facilities are clean and there are a couple nice restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. There is also a nice park next to the hotel as well as a university with nice green space to enjoy. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. There was minimal noise at night.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had some issues with the electricity (it was down for several hours during the evening when we arrived) and water (the shower did not reliably produce water/ a stream). The beds were also not comfortable.
