Great, newly renovated hotel in a handy location
Pros:

The property has been newly refurbished and so is in good condition. The rooms and bathrooms are a decent size. It is very close to everything in Malasaña, Chamberí, Checa, Salamanca etc, but also far enough away that it isn’t noisy at night. Lots of great restaurants not far away. Very easy transport connections. I’ve stayed at the hotel before under NH and the recent renovations are a definite improvement.

Cons:

I was given twin beds instead of a double. I understand why they have to have twin rooms, but this was annoying as I was there for 4 nights. I tried to do the online check in to avoid this, but it didn’t work.

Excelente ubicación, hermosa estructura, pero con problemas puntuales
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excepcional, a pocos metros de la estación Alonso Martinez con conexiones a las lineas 10, 4 y 6 del Metro, así que es sencillo moverse en metro. Esta cerca de la gran via, pero sin estar en medio del colapso.

Cons:

La temperatura de las habitaciones era excesivamente alta para el calor que hacia en la ciudad durante mi estadía. Fue complicado dormir las 2 primeras noches (de una estadía de 10) por el calor. Costó bastante que se adecuara el limite del aire a, al menos, a 21 grados centígrados. Las dos primeras noches no bajaba de 24 grados.
En mi caso, era un viaje de trabajo los primeros días y ocio posteriormente.
El hotel es ideal para un viaje de ocio, pero no para un viaje de trabajo si se deben atender reuniones por zoom, descargar o enviar correos electrónicos, mientras se esta en sus instalaciones.
La conexión a internet es pésima. Difícilmente superaba 1gb de carga o descarga (según speedtest) al punto que era casi imposible abrir emails, ya no decir enviarlos.
Eso sí, el wifi en los salones de reuniones (que es una red diferente y se contrata con los salones) si ofrece una mejor conexión, aunque nunca llega a ser optima

Cons:

Nos cambiaron dos veces de habitación por los ruidos y el mal olor (A podrido) que salía de los baños. Colchones viejos, paredes manchadas. No es un hotel cuatro estrellas.
Al final nos dieron una habitación digna pero más pequeña que la contratada.
No es la primera vez que voy al hotel y espero que mejoren ....

Nice stay
Pros:

Very close to the metro. Decent breakfast, I liked that they offered us churros. Room was big. The first room we checked in had an issue with plumbing they immediately rectified it and moved us to a better room, this was excellent service

La ubicación está genial.

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento. En el baño faltaba el sifón de la ducha, olía muy, muy mal.
En el check-out el domingo tenían solamente una unica persona. La pobre ha hecho lo que podía pero tardamos mucho debido a la cola de check-in's y outs.
