A normal option considering the low price.
Pros:

The hotel was chosen for its convenient location. It's very budget-friendly, but decent and comfortable enough for that. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Cons:

The internet was quite slow. The reception staff varied wildly – ​​from the nicest people to downright rude. But management responded to the conflict, at least on an informational level.

Комната, которая была изолирована от шума

Cons:

Цена за 2 года выросла вдвое причем без завтрака, сначало меня повели в комнату где все воняло из за запаха из туалета, потом по просьбе нашли другую комнату. В ванной вода постоянно не уходит и приходится стоять в полной грязи и еще где ползал что то вроде червей

A lovely little hotel in a convenient location!
Pros:

A lovely comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. Short walking distance to qaganat and Spar. Plenty of other options for food nearby. Almaty museum is less than a 5 min walk away. They do provide a parking spot as well, but better to notify them upfront. The receptionists were polite and helpful.

Cons:

The only annoying thing is that you have to ask the reception to open the gate to drive in and out of the community.
