A lovely comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. Short walking distance to qaganat and Spar. Plenty of other options for food nearby. Almaty museum is less than a 5 min walk away. They do provide a parking spot as well, but better to notify them upfront. The receptionists were polite and helpful.
The only annoying thing is that you have to ask the reception to open the gate to drive in and out of the community.

Nine and quiet, but close to the center
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, but the reception team deserves special thanks. They were especially kind, helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.
It’s dirty and old!
The toilets is not scurb and yellow, the bed sheets have scratches and holes, the furnitures are broken ad mouldy

Room a bit dark on the lower floor but this did mean the room was cool.

Номера маленькие ,не все и не всегда работает , в целом за такую цену большего ожидать и невозможно
We stayed here for 8 days and 7 nights, and overall, we had a great experience.
The hotel is clean, and our room was cleaned every day. Towels were replaced daily, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, and keeping everything tidy. Special thanks to the cleaner for her hard work throughout our stay.
The bathrobes were in good condition, but the body towels could be replaced with newer ones. During our first two nights, the bedsheets and comforter felt a bit old (though clean), but they were later changed to newer, more comfortable ones.
The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and most spoke good English. You can pay by cash or card. There is a 20,000 tenge refundable deposit upon check-in, but you can ask if they can lower the amount.
The room includes a kettle and refrigerator, and free drinking water is available near the reception. Guests can also borrow an iron.
Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.
The bathrobes were in good condition, but the body towels could be replaced with newer ones. There is no weighing scale in the hotel. We can’t check our luggage.
