Расположение. Уборщица которая старается и вытягивает это место.

Cons:

Банка колы 3 500 тенге, когда в магазине 350 тенге. Хотели чтобы я оплатила за 1 банку 3 500 тенге, купленная взамен в магазине их не устроила. Волосы на полу в ванной, рванное постельное белье, уставшие полотенца.слышимость очень хорошая. Все слышно что происходит в коридоре и в других номерах. В номере холодно.

Удобство, комфорт все отлично расположен самые центр практически, можно легко добраться до любой точки. Персонал отличный очень приветливые, вежливые и дружелюбные. Администраторы Султан и Аружан всегда готовы помочь, дружелюбные, вежливые. Молодцы👍
Работа горничных тоже отличная всегда чистота и порядок.

I requested a double bed but got twin beds pushed together.
