Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

הקירבה של החדר לבריכה והבריכה עצמה
הכל היה סגור ממש מוקדם, ואפילו לא היה איפה לקנות שתיה מ22:00 בלילה

מיזרונים שאמרו שיחליפו ולא החליפו.
בריכה שתינוק עשה שם קקי וביטלו תבריכה יום שלו ולא נתנו פיצויי.
המזגן לא עבד לילה שלם העבירו אותנו חדר ואז זה היה חדר צמוד לחדר אחר והייתה שם אישה שצרחה כל הלילה וכל הבוקר המים פתאום לא עבדו לא היה מים כמה שעות במקלחת וברז.
המים לא ירדו בשירותים ואז היה ריח מסריח של ביוב בחדר ולא יכלנו ללכת לשירות היינו צריכים להיתפנות במלון עצמו.
גם אירי שהעביאו אותנו חדר המזגן לא עבד טוב והיה חם רצח על הפנים אני מאוכזב ברמות ואני יתבע אותם חגגתי לאשתי יום נישואין חרא או שתיהיה תביעה ייצוגית או שאני יקח עורך דין ואני יקבל פיצוי של החיים על החוויה החרא הזאת...
Понравился номер, не большое количество людей, расположение, свой пляж, хороший завтрак и ужин. Нас заселили даже раньше чем планировали.
Через час после заселения в номере пропало электричество. Многочисленные обращения к персоналу не принесли результата. На следующий день после небольшого скандала на ресепшен нас переселили в другой номер. Номер был лучше того, что мы заказали. Можно было это сделать днём раньше, тогда бы и отзыв бы был совсем другой.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The property is modern, clean, and perfectly situated with easy access to the pool, spa, and sea. Because it’s not a massive high-rise, you skip the long hallways and busy lifts—it feels much more personal and stress-free. Highly recommend!
מיקום מצויין חוף מהמם גישה מאוד נוחה מלון בוטיק שירות מדהים חדרים ברמה גבוהה בעיקר החדרים עם הבריכה הפרטית היו מדהימים מאוד שווים את התמורה ארוחת הבוקר טעימה מאוד נהנינו מאוד מומלץ תמורה מעולה למחיר !!
