Pros:

Vakkert hotell i pittoreske omgivelser. Engasjert og hjelpsomt personale, stort rom med aircondition, god frokost som ble spist ute på terrassen med utsikt over Comosjøen. Gangavstand til ferger og restauranter. Vi storkoste oss.

Pros:

Läget rätt vid Como sjön. Parkering (£15 per dag). Väldig god service och trevlig och hjälpsam personal. De små rummen vid stranden hade fantastisk utsikt. Egen strand.

Cons:

Queen rummet vid sidan låg rätt vid köket och var lite ljud därifrån både kväll och morgon.

Magical setting with angelic touch
Pros:

The hotel's location is beautiful, overlooking Lake Como, with its own beach and restaurant. Our room was very spacious and modern featuring a terrace. But the best feature of the hotel is its host Angelo who goes out of his way to help and please guests. His enthusiasm and kindness made our stay special.

Cons:

The hotel's restaurant, while not a hotel itself, was unfortunately a disappointment. The view was magical, but the food was not. It was probably the worst meal of our entire trip.

Quiet fabulous stay eight on lake Como
Pros:

Quiet, yet close to train station and restaurants. Beautiful views from our room and restaurant. Food was fabulous!

Amazing breathtaking place to be. Hotel was small and unique with great views of the lake.
Pros:

The amazing view. The staff were so helpful, kind and accommodating. The restaurant evening food was so good. Great location.

Cons:

The breakfast could have had more healthy options but what we had was ample.

Schönes kleines Hotel direkt am Comer See mit überragend freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Schönes kleines Hotel in perfekter Lage direkt am See mit kleinem Privatstrand. Balkon mit fantastischem Seeblick.
Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr schönes Dinner.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Manager Angelo. Er lebt authentische Herzlichkeit, Gastfreundschaft und Service.

Cons:

Für einen 2 Nächte Stopp auf dem Weg an die Cote d‘Azur sehr schön. Ansonsten hat der Ort Bellano nicht wirklich viel zu bieten, da gibt es am Comer See wesentlich Besseres.

Beautiful View!
Pros:

The view from this hotel were amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful room and view. We had a lovely terrace overlooking the lake. The room was quaint, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach was rocky, as is typical for the region, but private with nice shade and swimming. You can also rent kayaks and a peddle boat. We rented a kayak and had some beautiful views from the water. There were ducks and swans that came by. The hotel is a short walk from the train station - 15 minutes - there is no bus or taxi service in the town, unless you book taxi ahead, but it was totally doable. The staff were so lovely and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. The hot tub looked great but we didn’t have a chance to use it. Bellano was a nice place to be based out of. You could hop on a train for a five minute ride to Varenna, or on a ferry to the other towns, including Bellagio. It was not as busy as Bellagio and less commercial, so it felt like a more authentic Italian experience. We loved it and would totally recommend and return:)
