Well, We came as a famaily during our vacation time. So, we used Room for frash up and night rest.
Pros:

LOCATION

Cons:

SIZE OF THE ROOM. Without window it is realy not safe.
The Cafe was really narrow and conjusted make it hard to sit and eat comfortably.
The same Menu was served everyday in breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms are stinky, AC was leaking. bathroom and toilets are not of proper standard. No ventilation in the restroom, the exhaust system does not work there. Bedrolls, towels and pillows are dirty. No restaurant facility is available in the hotel, so they should be providing a space in the room for having food, also they should provide good quality cutlery.

Hotel feel like escape room, not worth the stay for value, better book another hotel with 500 rs extra.

كانت إقامتي ليلتين جدًا مخيبة، واضطريت أغيّر الغرفة 4 مرات.

حجزت غرفة ديلوكس، لكن أول غرفة كانت صغيرة جدًا وفيها ريحة رطوبة/عفن بسبب ضعف التهوية. بعدين انتقلت لغرفة ثانية وكانت جنب لاونج الشيشة، والإزعاج كان واضح من الضيوف والموظفين، وما كان فيه عزل صوتي. الساعة 5 الفجر صحيت على صوت حديد قوي، ولما سألت الاستقبال قالوا لي ببساطة إن الجيم فوق الغرفة.

الموظفين حاولوا يساعدوني وكانوا متعاونين، ورقّوني لغرفة تنفيذية، لكن للأسف الغرفة ما فيها نوافذ، وكان فيها عناكب وشي يشبه بقّ الفراش.

الفندق يحتاج متابعة وإشراف جاد. أبسط الأمور مثل النظافة، التهوية، الهدوء، وراحة النزيل ما كانت متوفرة

ارجوووووكم انتبهوا الغرف لا توجد بها نوافذ ولا دورات المياه تشبه القبر ما عليكم من الصور الي ف الموقع الفراش وسخ وجدا تواصلت مع بوكينج لتغيير الغرف وكان من الصعب تغيير الموقع لاني دافعه المبلغ مقدما

Pros:

The street itself was clean to begin with.
Unlike 10 properties I visited before choosing this one. THIS was the best and the rooftop is mesmerising. I felt like i was in malaysia.

Cons:

Probably the lift. It's quite small and also you get complimentary water like only on checkin and not everyday.

Pros:

AC worked well. Rooftop restaurant was great, surprising given the room.

Cons:

Room stank of mold really badly. Did actually have mold in some areas. No windows. Main mirror in the room is suspicious: touch your finger against it, it fails the fake mirror test. Called 'Gulf Hotel Colaba' but is not in Colaba, but at least it's near to the Gateway of India.

Godt hotel i et interessant område.
Pros:

Det lå centralt, tæt på havet, hovedgaden og mange restauranter og cafeer. Lige bag hotellet ligger et mere lokalt område med masser af madboder. Sengen og bad ok. Sødt personale og elevatormand.

Cons:

Det lå på 3 sal, hvilket ind i mellem var lidt irriterende, hvis man skulle op flere gange efter hinanden og elevatoren var optaget. Der var meget larm fra dyttende biler. Vinduerne er ikke tætte så alt fra gaden kan høres.
