Bf was ok could have been better with a little more variety but otherwise it was good
The receptionist Mr Samson was exceptional very helpful and smiling …. Infact everyone was very helpful and nice always greeting everyone with a smile… would def recommend them definitely

Cons:

There are a lot of noises we couldn’t sleep well, we heard all sounds outside the room that is means no privacy. Also all rooms didn’t have windows so it is narrow 😢

Its great and enjoyable stay with close proximity of all attraction and market.
Pros:

Location is the key for the hotel. And they provide us the umbrella that great support form hotel and biggest surprise for us.

Cons:

Size of the rooms , we booked family room for four but due to rain' hotel offered us one room with tripple bed.

It was good, but the room we booked didn’t got so it was frustrating

The stay was okay ..
Pros:

The location is good… you have many restaurants close by and many options for shopping as well

Cons:

The staff of the cafe that the restaurant has - very unprofessional.. however the staff of the hotel and room service was good..

Well, We came as a famaily during our vacation time. So, we used Room for frash up and night rest.
Pros:

Cons:

SIZE OF THE ROOM. Without window it is realy not safe.
The Cafe was really narrow and conjusted make it hard to sit and eat comfortably.
The same Menu was served everyday in breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms are stinky, AC was leaking. bathroom and toilets are not of proper standard. No ventilation in the restroom, the exhaust system does not work there. Bedrolls, towels and pillows are dirty. No restaurant facility is available in the hotel, so they should be providing a space in the room for having food, also they should provide good quality cutlery.
