Habitación muy bonita, limpia y cómoda

Nos asignaron una habitación en el rincón, sin vista panorámica, las luces de afuera no servían y la luz interior no se podía apagar en la noche, para dormir

Que la habitación donde nos quedamos no tenía ni una silla o sillón
El staff fue muy amable, el hotel se encuentra muy cercano al centro caminando con una vista a la peña muy apreciada.
La entrada del hotel está sobre una calle en pendiente al igual que su estacionamiento. Como parte de las amenidades no hay pañuelos desechables y la televisión no funcionó. Adicional, nuestra estancia fue de dos noches y no realizaron servicio de limpieza luego de la primera noche. Se escucha mucho ruido desde el interior del hotel: Maletas, música, movimiento de mobiliario, risas...
Esa fue nuestra experiencia vs el precio me parece fue una estancia costosa.

La vista que tienen desde la terraza del cuarto...maravillosa; la habitación muy linda, limpia y amplia.
recomendación: su terraza general deberian tenerla en servicio desde el viernes, sabado y domingo....como de las 6 pm a las 12 de la noche...siempre estuvo vacía y sin servicio

Mi habitación contaba solo con un enchufe, por lo que tuve que acercar plancha y ventilador al mismo espacio reducido.

The place is magical, the view from the room is amazing to Peña. You can directly start at the hotel with the hike up.
The way to the city center is also just a small walk down hill.
It was a the perfect spot in Bernal.

Tiene una excelente vista y las instalaciones son muy bonitas.
El servicio de limpieza es muy básico. En nuestro caso, tratamos de no dejar gran desorden diario, pero tampoco es una limpieza profunda en el día a día. Fuera de eso, en general el lugar es limpio y ordenado.
Como comentario, tuvimos un ligera mala experiencia por una decoración agendada. Agradezco al gerente Saúl, a Ángel y Osvaldo por dar frente a la situación y arreglar la habitación el día siguiente y por las cortesías. Lamentablemente, el día planeado era uno anterior. Dejando eso como un área de oportunidad; la estancia y las atenciones fueron muy buenas. Un descuido no demerita el lugar ni el trabajo. Volvería a ir y quedarme ahí sin dudas.
