Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple guests explicitly mention the hotel is very clean and tidy; general housekeeping is good despite one report of a rude housekeeping staff member.
Service
8
Staff frequently described as nice, friendly and helpful (even bought gluten-free bread for a guest); one report of a rude Russian-speaking cleaner reduces score slightly.
Location
9.2
Consistently praised for location: near the sea, close to tram/metro/bus stops and Galata port; excellent for transport and sightseeing.
Room Quality
7
Beds and WiFi praised and rooms considered comfortable, but guests report thin walls, old furniture, and some rooms not matching photos.
Amenities
7.5
Few standout amenities mentioned (free upgrade to larger room reported); no extensive facilities noted and breakfast offering is limited.
Value for Money
9
Several guests explicitly note excellent value/price-quality ratio.
Food and Beverage
5.5
Breakfast criticized as unvaried and low quality (mostly bread, limited selection); terrace sea-view is a positive but overall F&B is weak.
Overall Experience
7.7
Generally positive experience due to location, cleanliness and comfortable beds, but multiple guests report significant disturbance from nearby construction and thin walls which lowers overall satisfaction.

La saleté, le lit était fait à l'arrache, le sol n'a même pas été balayé une seule fois durant notre séjour, encore moins lavé, les draps n'ont pas non plus été changés..
