I also received an invoice for junk food I didn’t purchase. Still trying to sort that out.
Pros:

Very convenient location. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

A/c was loud as it cycled on and off during the night. There were also young children running up and down the hallways yelling and screaming. You should segregate guests when you know you’re hosting sports teams with kids. Put them on one floor.

TV did not work
Pros:

There are only four things a hotel has to get right for its guests: the bed, the A/C, the shower, and the TV. In my room, the TV failed to work properly as the remote would not allow me to view any channels. Cannot tell you how frustrating that was. Bed was great, A/C worked well and shower was great, but the TV issue outweighed all of them.

Fine except for when the A/C doesn't work right.
Pros:

A/C was very noisy and the controls were indecipherable so I could not get a good night's sleep.

Best Service With a Smile!
Pros:

Started each day of my stay with a coffee from the bistro. I was greeted by a warm friendly smile from Amanda on all but one day along with Diane. As someone with 120 hotel nights a year, Amanda and Diane are simply the best in the country! Thank you for helping me start my day off with a smile Amanda and Diane!

Surprisingly Nice.
Pros:

Surprisingly clean. For a hotel that im sure gets a ton of hockey team traffic , I was happy with the cleanliness with the room and it had been updated.
The lobby and spacious. Breakfast was not included and im not sure about food options on site but there was enough nearby including a Dunkin across the street.
They had a mini stick room, fitness area and pool in the basement but were told the mini stick room was off limits because the lights were hanging out of the ceiling? My son also said it was spooky down there lol!
We would stay in this hotel again if we were in the area.
