Pros:

Location and the bed comfortable

Cons:

The carpet is dirty and we started having allergies as soon as we walked in the room. There’s also mold in the bathroom beside the bathtub

Why stay anywhere else in Prescott Valley?
Pros:

This place was great. Nothing special, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the climate control worked well. The TV had easy to access ports and there were sufficient charging ports and outlets. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold options, something for everyone.

Cons:

The shower head was not our favorite part of the stay. Pressure was low and many of the nozzle holes were clogged, but this should not be a deal breaker in terms of staying here.

Pros:

Nice & clean very close to stores and restaurants. Had breakfast till 9:30 am. Beds were comfortable, water was hot, ac worked great

Nice place at a reasonable cost
Pros:

Very clean, well maintained, beds were comfortable. Pet friendly and complimentary breakfast were among the amenities of the Greentree Inn

A clean beautiful room in the quiet area of complex, a great stay
Pros:

The staff was very good and I got in my room at 2pm instead of 3pm.
The BED. King sized and yummy. Crisp clean sheets. The pillows were wonderful
The breakfast was great. Real homemade biscuits (not the tube kind) for the sausage gravy…yum! No room left for a waffle.

Cons:

The only little thing was the toilet was really low…a bit hard for an old lady to raise herself
